chemi4try 0 Report post Posted August 18, 2007 aku pnh bc 1 artikel,kna mkn slow2 r..ikut sunnah rasullullah..saintis amerika pun wt research..semua dah termaktub bener..bila kita makan slow2..secara auto..enzim air liur akan campur ngn makanan..bila da kunyah secara proper...msuk lam prut..proses..dan cpat cerna..korang tau tak ..bila kita makan cepat2..mkanan yg msuk tak dapat dicerna sepenuhnya..becoz of that kita senang kembung perut...pas tu cepat terkucil..huhu..terpaksa ckp..kshatn..au tak ingat artikel mn..tp lm paper b.harian kot..uishh mmg fantastic islam beb..lg 1, dgn kunyahan sebanyak 44x bleh mendrong kita cepat kenyang..da dapat menikmati makanan yg kita mkn tuh dgn asyik masyknya..sainstis amerika tu tlh bahagi kn kpd 2grp..1 grup mkn dlm ms 20minit 1 lg mkn dlm ms 10minit..apa jd??grup mkn cepat rmai kembung perut..angin pun asyik kuar je..gup mkn lmbt..miracle!!!no poblem pun.. tolong_saye 1 Report post Posted August 20, 2007 Ko nak kurus paling lagi senang....carik 20 orang pijak perut ko ramai2 nanti ramping laa.. laugh.gifesokkan kubur la jawabnya..kalo nak kurus jangan makan banyak kalo tau badan cepat naikaku makan banyak sangat tapi perut still rampingentahlamakin lame makin kurus walaupown makan banyaktolong aku naikkan berat badanaku selalu lepas makan baru aku minum air dalam 15-20minit..sebelum makan, aku makan buah epal lu kalo ade..
