Sudahkah anda lakukan pemeriksaan kesihatan anda ?

Merujuk kepada topik di atas,mungkin ada di antara kita yang sentiasa menjalankan pemeriksaan kesihatan setiap 3 bulan atau pun 2 kali setahun,dan mungkin ada di antara kita yang tidak pernah langsung lakukannya .Apa kata bagi anda yang masih belum lakukannya, cuba luangkan masa untuk menjalani pemeriksaan kesihatan di kliknik kerajaan atau klinik kesihatan swasta.

Kepada anda anda yang sentiasa jalankan pemeriksaan kesihatan berkala,kongsikan bersama maklumat kesihatan anda di sini. Mungkin kita boleh sama-sama bertukar idea dan masalah berkaitan kesihatan .

Dan selaku pembuka topik, saya senaraikan maklumat kesihatan saya untuk hari ni ::icon_smile::


Darah tinggi : 112 / 76 / Puls : 82

Kencing Manis : 8.7 mmol 11.30 am. ( 2 jam selepas makan ).

Total Cholestrol : No .

tak sakit2 pun elok g check setiap 6bulan sekali,

kalau g klinik kerajaan free kot,

check berkala, leh tgk benchmark kesihatan ko, bukan pc je ade benchmark tau


aku pun baru amal kan setahun 2 kali check kesihatan,,,..
senang nak tau/compare kesihatan kita sebelum nie..

so dari situ doktor leh bagi nasihat ape yang patut/tak patut berdasarkan rekod ko tue...

Haha gov mana free...bayau gak singgi tok sebagai dut muka ::icon_razz:: haha...betul cakap khairul tu,jangan kata pc je kata maintenance , diri kita jugak kene..

Kalau nak check kat klinik dan farmasi,tu aku tak tahu berapa diaorang caj,aku caj RM 5. Total cholestrol RM 12. BP free...

Khairul, xpe kalau apa yang ko balas tu ada kene mengena dengan tajuk ni walaupin sikit,cuma janganlah perkataan 1 kerat di post kat sini jugak.

Kepada hampeh , aku mtk maaf kalau ko terasa apa aku tegur tu,aku cuma bg teguran agar ko boleh bg komen yang lagi baik . OK ? set ? ::icon_wink:: Jangan amik ht ek ..

kalau kat klinik2 biase nak wat medical checkup nie

rm45--70 price range dia

kalau siap x-ray rm120


nie price kat selangor area puchonng la pasal aritu aku ade wat sekali ngan member pasal dia dapat keje gov,..


yap, kalau kat klinik kerajaan ade charge pendaftaran rm2 kat puchong nie

aku memang bercadang nak buat pemeriksaan kesihatan... tapi................ade kne amik darah ke?

lemah sket la kalo ade darah2 ni..

pemeriksaan kesihatan tu mknenye nak tgh kite ade darah tggi/sakit jantung/diabetes/obesiti la ea? cmtu?

kalo nak buat untuk semua, nak cakap cmne? "saya nak buat pemeriksaan menyeluruh"? mcm antar kete g bengkel je.

phm2 jela tulisan doc camne..huhu..diorg ni kne pi amik kursus mencantikkn tulisan la

ak rse..hehe..sori ek doc2 sekalian..jgn mik ati ek..haha

LIFE HANDBOOK 2010

Health:
1. Drink plenty of water.

Tahun 2010 sudah masuk tahun kedua , adakah anda semua dah menjalani pemerikaan kesihatan dan mengetahu status kesihatan diri anda ?

(Salam)

Last aku check beberapa tahun lepas....check darah untuk kolesterol.
Kat klinik...kena bayar sket.

Alhamdulillah...kolesterol ok....kolesterol baik dan yang tak baik.
Skang...wallahualam.
Tapi tiap2 petang joging 30 minit dan makan nasi tengahari jer...1 cawan.
Makanan berminyak tak makan.
Air manis (kopi) sehari sekali.

@ogGY, ada jual ke DIY kit kat farmasi untuk check kolesterol? ^_^

aku sentiasa buat pemeriksaan kesihatan dalam 3 bulan sekali. aku buat sendiri jer. soh dr oder aku soh jer kawan2 aku ambik darahnya. seperti yang sedia maklum penyakit buah pinggang dan hati tiada menunjukkan tanda2. dah last stage baru ada tanda. bauh pinggang dan hati kalau dah tinggal 15% lagi pun dia boleh berfungsi lagi. nie result yang aku buat minggu lepas

renal profile creatinine agak tinggi 99 normal high 106
liver function test alanine amino transferse tinggi sikit 52 normal high 42
gula lepas makan 4.6mmol/L

skang nie aku amalkan minum air banyak. tak makan pil2 herba atau makanan tambahan dalam bentuk pil. dr tak bagi sebab hati kurang normal

aku cadangkan sapa yg buat medical check up tu buatlah BMI skali..
bkn susah pun kalau diorang x buat pun boleh buat sendiri
BMI ni pun salah satu ukuran untuk kesihatan kita ^_^

alamak kena cek niehhh....saja nak tgk perubahan.... :rolleyes: tahun lepas cek darah 118/80...diabetes cek 6.7/selpas makan...bmi 29 (apa nak malu beb...tp skang aku dah main badminton ngan golf...senam gak)
