Syabas bro..welcome to the biz world.

tanpa kad kuasa tue pun ko dah bole market and closed sales sbb yg penting is ur agent code. ko bole amik kelas2 kat mana2 branch and jadual kelas pun ikut branch jugak.

aku kalau buat sales tak pernah bg prospectus. aku hanya extend soft copy ajer and bagi factsheet. terpulang ko nak bagi ke tak sbb most customers bukan baca pun.

aku dah tanya branch no code dapat lepas 10 hari.kelas plak kat jb ada 5/5 nie jd aku gi sana je la.x silap aku tu klas quick start.pasal prospectus tu aku pun tau gak client bukan nak baca tp buat ada je la dan aku tanya td nnti dia bg free :) pastu borang plak nak tuko baru jd kena la tunggu borang baru leh close sales :) semalam gi seminar UTC terus semangat, tengok kejayaan En. Rafidi dalam tempoh 3 tahun je dia dah jadi manager. bakal GAM x lama lg tu. dengar Mr David Goh cerita memang syok.bro aku nak tanya mana fund yg bagus untuk client kalau umur client tu 25 - 30, 31 - 40 dan 50 ke atas. upline aku byk promote balance fund je.

tolong ye...

Dpd Umur 25 tahun - 54 Tahun..aku will rekomen funds yang agresif kerana golongan2 ini can stay at least 5 years UT investment.

Start umur 55 tahun, aku will rekomen low risk fund kerana golongan2 tersebut dah takder steady income lagi. So, they need a backup. Why aku rekomen low risk fund ? kerana service charge nya rendah.

upline ko promote balance fund ajer? pd aku, dpd pi balance fund, baik pi equity/dividend fund kerana service chargenya sama ajer iaitu 5.5%..some more, balance fund returnnya sederhana..so alang-alang sama SC..lebih baik amik equity terus..

terpulang pada customer ko. Ko should ask them first, what is their risk appetite?

rite now, local funds are better than overseas funds. Tgk PIEF..even market drop, dia still stable and margin dropnya minimal.

thanks bro.aku pun mmg mcm nak promote local fund je. kalau macam tu antara fund2 agresif tu mana yg ko rasa aku patut jual.erm..bagi penerangan sikit fund yg ko suggestkan tu ye.

untuk saving investment ada ke tetapkan hari untuk dia topup duit tu mcm bulan nie dia masuk 5hb pastu tiap2 bulan dia kena masuk 5hb gak ke??? atau aku leh suggestkan dia time harga down dalam bulan tu baru li kalau tak down beli je bila2. :)

aku nak tanya pendapat ko le.kalau investor tu nak letak 10k ada ke aku patut bg cadangan kat dia suruh dia invest dekat pelbagai dana mcm kat PIEF separuh dan lain2 dana kalau tak silap aku nie cara untuk mengurangkan risiko bila harga jatuh jd dia ada backup.tul tak!!!

buat masa nie aku banyak dengar tentang islamic dana tp kurang dengar coventinal dana kalau ada investor nak conventional dana, dana yg ner aku patut suggestkan?

No.1

Suggest PISTF and PIOGF sbb this 2 are agresive fund and NAV price is just RM 0.25++. PIEF and PIOF also very good entry rite now but compare to price during last 2 weeks, now dah consider expensive (miss the boat already unless market drop back). Penerangannya panjang bang..tp bole check at dia punya fact sheet (PIOF and PIEF ko bley amik data ringkas dpd QFR).

No.2

Regular saving tidak ada paksaan ..kalau dia amik SI, so duit akn potong bulan2 dpd saving account (bukan potong gaji). So, kalau duit tak cukup atau duit takder, PM takkan potong, no interest charge and no double potong on the next month. terpulang pada customer suka ati dia bila nak top up..UTC hanya bagi signal beli time paling best kalau client choose to manual saving.

No.3

yup, mmg betul. Tue kita panggil asset allocation. bagus utk reducekan volatility.

No.4

So far, conventional dana aku hanya pernah closed at PCSF (overseas). But conventional local fund yg worthit to try is PIndex, Psmallcap and PRSF

Happy selling bro!

Sorri bro..aku kurang jelas ngan soalan ko. maksud ko kalau ko nak tutup akaun, ko akan dpt dividen? and PIADF still operate as usual.

kalau betul, jawapannya gini....

Goal Setting------> Powerful Written Goals In 7 Easy Steps!

1. Make sure the goal you are working for is something you really want, not just something that sounds good.

I remember when I started taking baseball umpiring more seriously. I began to set my sites on the NCAA Division 1 level. Why? I knew there was no way I could get onto the road to the major leagues, so the next best thing was the highest college level. Pretty cool, right. Wrong.

Sure, when I was talking to people about my umpiring goals it sounded pretty good, and many people were quite impressed. Fortunately I began to see through my own charade.

I have been involved in youth sports for a long time. I've coached, I've been the President of leagues, I've been a treasurer and I'm currently an Assistant State Commissioner for Cal Ripken Baseball. Youth sports is where I belong, it is where my heart belongs, not on some college diamond where the only thing at stake is a high draft spot.

When setting goals it is very important to remember that your goals must be consistent with your values.

2. A goal can not contradict any of your other goals.

For example, you can't buy a $750,000 house if your income goal is only $50,000 per year. This is called non-integrated thinking and will sabotage all of the hard work you put into your goals. Non-integrated thinking can also hamper your everyday thoughts as well. We should continually strive to eliminate contradictory ideas from our thinking.

3. Develop goals in the 6 areas of life:

Family and Home Financial and Career

Spiritual and Ethical Physical and Health

Social and Cultural Mental and Educational

Setting goals in each area of life will ensure a more balanced life as you begin to examine and change the fundamentals of everyday living.

Setting goals in each area of life also helps in eliminating the non-integrated thinking we talked about in the 2nd step.

4. Write your goal in the positive instead of the negative.

Work for what you want, not for what you want to leave behind. Part of the reason why we write down and examine our goals is to create a set of instructions for our subconscious mind to carry out. Your subconscious mind is a very efficient tool, it can not determine right from wrong and it does not judge. It's only function is to carry out its instructions.

The more positive instructions you give it, the more positive results you will get. Thinking positively in everyday life will also help in your growth as a human being.Don't limit it to goal setting.

5. Write your goal out in complete detail.

Instead of writing "A new home," write "A 4,000 square foot contemporary with 4 bedrooms and 3 baths and a view of the mountain on 20 acres of land.

Once again we are giving the subconscious mind a detailed set of instructions to work on. The more information you give it, the more clear the final outcome becomes. The more precise the outcome, the more efficient the subconscious mind can become.

Can you close your eyes and visualize the home I described above? Walk around the house. Stand on the porch off the master bedroom and see the fog lifting off the mountain. Look down at the garden full of tomatoes, green beans and cucumbers. And off to the right is the other garden full of a mums, carnations and roses. Can you see it? So can your subconscious mind.

6. By all means, make sure your goal is high enough.

Shoot for the moon, if you miss you'll still be in the stars. Earlier I talked about my umpiring goals and how making it to the top level of college umpiring did not mix with my values. Some of you might be saying that I'm not setting my goals high enough. Not so.

I still have very high goals for my umpiring career at the youth level. My ultimate goal is to be chosen to umpire a Babe Ruth World Series and to do so as a crew chief. If I never make it, everything I do to reach that goal will make me a better umpire and a better person. If I make it, but don't go as a crew chief, then I am still among the top youth umpires in the nation. Shoot for the moon!

7. This is the most important, write down your goals.

Sime Darby, IOI, Tradewinds are "Giant" in Plantation Industry..And they are Public Mutual Fund Manager's Favourite Stock at KLCI Index...

Tinjauan pasaran: Saham firma perladangan pilihan utama

Bahana Recent General Election...

Malaysia strategy roadshow II - It all boils down to politics

We were on the road for much of April, presenting our macro view to over 300 clients from more than 140 investment management firms in Asia, Australia and the Middle East.

This roadshow comes only three months after our annual major tour in January as we had downgraded Malaysia from overweight to neutral and cut our end-08 KLCI target from 1,700 points to 1,380 points right after the 8 Mar general elections.

As expected, clients were preoccupied with Malaysian politics. Few disagreed with our analysis of the political situation though we were on occasion drawn into debates. Although the KLCI has gradually recouped all its losses post-general elections, political uncertainty is likely to overhang the market. We remain NEUTRAL on Malaysia with an unchanged end-08 KLCI target of 1,380 points based on a 10% discount to the 3-year moving average P/E of 15x.

Skim anuiti tue ala ala skim pembayaran pencen yang di handle ole syarikat insurans dan takaful. But money is come from account 1, epf. Cam kita withdraw account 1 epf utk melabur di UT. juga ada service charge

Meaning, org tue sign kontrak ngan syarikat takaful/insurance.

yes betul.

Ko jgn jadi cam agent tue..kerana nila setitik, rosak susu sebelanga..org lain nak makan tak bole. <_<
