ko nk jd body builder ke maya...

ak senaman mmg hari2.. kemas umah, masak, basuh baju, lipat baju, sidai baju, sapu sampah, basuh pggn, lap pggn, susun pggn, masak nasik, kemas katil, susun paper, siram pokok..blablabla

ckp da kot... senaman setiap hari.. umah 2tgkt, 1 hari ntah bape kali trun naik.. ok la 2.. slim je dah

takla...senaman utk mencergaskan tubuh..takde la lemau nanti..sok minda jadi happy dan positif je la..kehkeh

uih 'senaman' tu aku tabik ko dan pompuan seantero..kemas nasik, masak katil, siram pinggan, basuh sampah..etc

Sebelum ni, tiap2 hari;

Push ups 31 kali

Guna bola senaman:
Ab crunch 50 kali
Lower Ab crunch 100 kali

Joging 30 minit setiap hari.

Sejak bekerja ni, sabtu ahad je dapat buat.
Isnin - Jumaat, jalan kaki 1 jam sehari.
Jalan kaki ke tempat kerja.

ak byk buat senaman mata, jari dan tgn skrg nih...

mencabar wwooo wat otoked... dr xpayah pakai spec, ak rase nk dptkn sebijik spec dipasaran skrg juge...

Tak ketul la.
Kena gi gym baru ketul.

Cuma dada tak la cam Kuman (KU2)...hehe.
Six pack dah nampak sket bila tahan nafas.
Bahagian bawah perut masih ada 'love handles' lagi.
Payah nak buang, kena joging banyak2.
Berat skang 69kg.
63kg baru leh nampak jelas six pack.

Dah keje ni, Sabtu & Ahad jer leh buat.

Aku makan nasi sekali sehari (Jumaat, Sabtu & Ahad).

2 jam lagi bagus.
Yang penting badan berpeluh dan kalori dibakar.

pagi2 da bgn wat fizikal training

ptg kawad... lewat ptg, men pepsi cola

pastu merentas desa 11 kilometer... bapak la sehat
