Betul2 solat senaman yang paling baik,aku penah dengar pasal penyelidikan orang putih mengenai cara solat kita.Sebenarnya masa kita sujud tu,beberapa titik darah akan memasuki ruang di dalam kepala untuk membantu menyegarkan minda.

Dengan hanya sujud sahaja semasa solat sudah mampu untuk menyegarkan minda kita.Percaya atau tidak ? ni aku terbaca dalam e-mail yahoo groups dr keluarga islam.

ak salu hari2 pnjat tgga batu caves(tgga uitm s.alm. dr pakin smpai studio. perghh..batu caves pn kalah kot)

so ak xrase ak memerlukn senaman len.. heheh.. mamadai dh kot

assalammualaikum...

saya main paintball 2 kali seminggu(ikut keadaan) dan 3 kali main badminton seminggu dan senaman otak lak, red alert generals( hampir setiap malam)

Aku stakat sit up n push up je.. kira senaman gk ke?hehe
push up sbb aku kurus so bdn aku cm bongkok sket.. nk toughkn balik.. lgpn klau push up karang tgn aku kuar muscle so nmpk macho sket..hehe lgpn bahu jd besar so lawa pkai baju..
sit up lak sbb aku dh nmpk mcm nk boroi..huhu + nk jaga stamina..
dulu slalu men badminton hujung mggu.. tp skrg busy.. dh lama x maen..
rase gk nk pegi gym tp cm xde gym je kt sini..

kalo aku pi sne pn,cme ader bpe kerat org jer..
padahal tmpt tu kt tgh2 kwsan perumahan..
peralatan agak usang skit la..tp still bleh gne..

info ntuk gym wangsa maju plak..:

ok..jln trus smpai nmpk smk wangsa maju..
pastu sblh skola tu ader lorong masuk..
masuk lorong tu n just trus jerrr...
nnti korang nmpk glanggang tennis..
btul2 sblh tennis court tu..

aku slalu pumping je ngan senaman perut..senang..kat mana2 pon buleh buat...lagi satu main bengkok spring tu..apa nama ntah menatang tu..hahahaha
