Navigator® 6 Report post Posted May 7, 2008 aku dulu main bola tampar , so tiap2 ari kena jump la , then skrg skolah pon abes aku tak berapa main sukan , badan pon naik sial , camnih la warga atlet , tinggal je exsercise mesti naik badan , so mula2 aku buat senaman dalam bilik ja, lompat2 dalam 1jam stengah satu hari la , pastu bosan lak lompat2 neh huhu pastu aku cuba beli tali ropes yg org buat main tuh , bersenam dengan benda nih best woo , caya la tak bosan , tangan gerak kaki pon gerak , muke pon bergegar , so baik untuk hilangkan lemak2 tuh , p/s senaman nih bukan senaman membina muscle , just dia kasi bakar lemak fix kan body anda . selamat mencuba ni video camner org bersenam guna ropes Quote Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
