maybe kau tak setting bios kau supaya start boot dari cd-r .atau kalau kau ada pendrive maybe kau buleh write file diskboot.img dan boot dari pendrive tp ini bergantung pada system bios kau support tak support

heh heh heh.. fc3? aku pun terkena gak la.. aku dl dari laman web mimos semer cd skalik termasuk resq nyer dalam .iso... cd1 jek okey.. lain-lain semer kong.. aku pun pelik la.. puas aku tanyer semer kedai pc, semer tak tau.. alih-alih aku jumpa satu program iso buster.. cek iso tuh kosong.. hahaha... padan muka aku.. ko cuba la cek.. kot² sama cam aku. solution? aku beli buku fc4 percuma dvd sekalik.. abih citer

Untuk sape2 yg nak relax sikit kat GRUB..

1. Bukak file /boot/grub/grub.conf

ABIWORD - Word Processor dalam Linux

walaupun dalam linux, mungkin korang dah install pakej OpenOffice... tapi kadang2, kita cuma nak word processor yang simple. kalau kat windows, kita boleh pakai Wordpad. dan dalam tips sebelum ni, aku ada suggest pakai program Ted. tapi Ted ni boring, sebab font hancur & tak banyak function.

so, baru2 ni aku terperasan, dalam CD Fedora core 1 aku tu ada simple word processor (AbiWord-cross platform word processor)

lepas install, hasilnya cukup menakjubkan.... word processor yang simple, cantik & pelbagai fungsi.

untuk install, ikut langkah2 ni. (dari command prompt, Fedora Core 1-disk 2)

1. rpm -ivh ots*.rpm

2. rpm- ivh libwpd*.rpm

3. rpm -ivh fribidi*.rpm

4. rpm -ivh abiword*.rpm

(note : simbol * tu, gantikan dengan nama penuh file... atau tekan tab supaya linux automatik papar nama penuh file)

Untuk run [start - Office - More Office Application - Word Processor]

aku ni baru lg dlm dunia linux nie,...dan di tmpt aku berada skng ni aku hanya leh dpt fc5 saja...for beginner ok tak pakai fc5 ni???dan klu ok ada tak sesape yg nak membantu dgn buat kan tutorial fc5

aku pon guna utk desktop environment je lah,..cuma lom pernah lg install linux so takde pengalaman,..

harap kengkawan dapat bantu dari apa segi skali pon

boleh jee.... Fc5 senang untk beginner sbb byk GUI

lau ada masalah sila ajukan insyallah ada yang nak tulung..
