Aspire 4310 Audio Driver Problem

Hello,
can somebody help me with my acer aspire 4310? it has no sound on it. i already download and install audio driver for acer aspire 4310, from acer europe website. but in the middle of instalation process, always shown error message, 'failed to install'. please help me. thank you very much.... how about uninstall the current driver first..???

check at the device manager if there are something wrong...

check at firewall too..

What OS version are you using? If it is XP SP2 download this file first and execute it

http://download.lenovo.com/ibmdl/pub/pc/pccbbs/thinkvantage_en/kb888111xp2en.exe

And then get the driver for your audio from Acer website. That should do it.

Pastikan driver tu for your OS n bit (64 or 32 bit)
Kalu gune win7...try download vista driver kalu win7 driver x de

kalu x jadik gk go into safe mode n uninstall any sound related driver from device manager.then boot into normal win n start driver installation again

kalu x jadik gk..update driver manualy from device manager by right click your sound card device and choose update driver. THen a window will pop up where u can choose the driver's destination folder..

If u still cant seek for the right driver, please google and download everest..it will detect every single hardware on ur lappy and u can find driver with it.

or u can try this:-

- Right Click My Computer (Properties)
- Hardware
- Device Manager
- System Devices
- Microsoft UAA Bus Driver for HD Audio
- Disable first, then Uninstall

assuming your model using realtek chipset,

Please install Microsoft UAA High Bus 1st.and then baru install Realtek HD Audio Driver.pastu restart.
