Dual Core ngan Quad Core dlm league yg berlainan..lainla klu ko compare E8400 ngan E8500..bg aku baik takyah upgrade ::icon_lol::
Even bukan dlm OC, bg aku mmg berbaloi..BUT, klu takat browsing, dgr Mp3 / movie, buat mic office mmg x berbaloi..haha
Tgk pada penggunaan jugak.. ::lol::

ramai yang menjangka 1q this year nie proc akan jatuh, (mungkin time mase pc fair tue kot)

so sesiapa yang da ade proc power2 nie, tahan2 dulu..
tgk market macam mane...

kate orang la, aku bagitau je hehe

macam proc nie pun best da kalo tuk main game2 ape pun...
lain la kalo ko ade keje yang dimana keadaanny proc2 quadcore diperlukan, sila la amek tanpe segan silu nak tunggu harge dia jatuh ke ape..

memandangkan rase sayang kat rig lama, memang berbaloi bro..even saya sendiri pun upgrade dari E8400 ke Q9550...memang nampak perbezaan...cari jerr kat LYN for 2nd proc tapi yang still ade warranty lagilah...

Assalamualaikum,

Sedikit General Info pada Tolerance Processor & Main Platform Nowadays ::icon_biggrin::

Both are point-to-point interconnects. DMI is actually based on the PCI Express implementation and doesn't actually carry any PCI Express lanes as some would think the PCI Express controller on the LGA1156 CPUs actually are integrated into the CPU die. The DMI connection is only connected to what was once known as the southbridge, now called Platform Controller Hub.

(Intel P55, Source: Legit Reviews)

The QPI design is very very very similar to the AMD-backed HyperTransport (an industry standard point-to-point interconnect designed by the HyperTransport Consortium in which both AMD and NVIDIA are a part of) based design, whereby the memory controller is on the CPU and then the QPI would have a point-to-point connection, once again if I remember correctly is also somewhat related to the PCI Express specs. This would talk to the chipset or Northbridge. The Northbridge itself hosts all the PCI Express connections and other chipset functions.

(Intel X58, Source: Tom's Hardware)

(AMD AM2+/AM3, Source: Hexus)

The Southbridge or the Media Controller Hub is connected to the Northbridge via a DMI connection ... which if you only look at a block diagram, is exactly how AMD has been doing their chipset designs since the K8.
Technically the QPI is faster, but that's really up to how fast the integrated PCI Express controller can interface w/ the cores on die.

So Q9550 spt kita sedia maklum msih pd socket lama 775 yg menggunakan FSB Multiplier. i5 implement DMI Bus Type dgn Core Ratio 20 berbanding FSB Multiplier pd Q9550 hanya 8.5 klu tak slh aku. Dgn Turbo Boost Technology, i5 leading the lane pd Overclocking dgn voltage rndah.

Smart cache disini mean, Setiap Core yg ade tolerate antara satu sama lain pada setiap core. Bukan hanya eksklusif pada 1 core shj. So, Core yg bekerja boleh utilize up to 100% available cache dlm capaian data dgn kadar yg lbih pantas. Klu 1 Core mempunyai cache dgn kadar yg minimal pd satu masa, Core yg lain secara dinamik blh share cache dorang utk kurangkan kegagalan capaian data. Ni secara x langsung akn tingkatkan total perfomance dlm perlaksanaan job / tasking² bila sume data dpt dicapai oleh processor dgn lbih baik.. ::icon_lol::
