thanks gak. aku hampir je beli. aku ingat nak pakei bedak sejuk je la. cam duloo2...hehe..

tapi aku tensen la....parut jerawat payah gile nak ilang.... aku lak jenis gatal tangan dah kalo ada keping2 kulit mati kat muka ni...huhu... ada orang penah suggest aku thru pemakanan tau. guna produk Himalaya. sume tu berasaskan herba, tumbuhan. ada respon??

@antara: sapa kata tak boleh... org yg rajin mekap ni la kene pkai yg anti aging sbb mekap ni wat muka kita cepat tua. aku ni dh stop mekap since umo aku 25... tanya oggy muka aku muda remaja je hahhaa!! cuci muka ngn air suam bagus sgt2... ianya utk memudahkan pencuci muka tu wat kerja dia sbb pori wajah terbuka... tp lepas dh gosok2 muka tu... cuci balik ngn air sejuk utk mengecilkan balik pores tu otherwise tu yg jerawat, blackhead ngn white head naik tu. sbb habuk2 masuk dlm pori2.

@oggy: mana yg aku rasa salah aku akan betulkan la heheh tp base apa yg aku tau je la. diingatkan sekali lg, kulit berminyak kene elakkan apa2 yg berminyak.. kene cari yg water base. utk krim aku cadangkan gunakan la yg ada gamat tu.. mcm safi yg ada gamat. aku tak jamin leh clearkan kulit tp jenis krim dia yg senang serap dan boleh cerahkan kulit hehehe... oh last time ko tanya aku psl puffy eyes ngn eye bag kan? cara nk ilangkan tu ko amalkan eye cream yg ada kat pasaran ni.. or ko cukup kan tdo.. or ko letak tea bag kat both mata ko sbg masker. atau nk lg extreme ko pkai ais letak kat mata. but make sure plenty of water too.... utk minum...

@antara: oh aku dh tgk dh produk ratnasari ko tu..mcm bagus je. kalu ada kesan baik aku cadangkan ko teruskan la guna. bab jerawat ni mmg sgt2 senditip. jgn la picit.. biarkan je. kalu ada naik jerawat... ko sapu ngn Aiken tea tree pimple cream. sgt berkesan dn tidak berminyak. mudah serap ngn kulit lg. so far aku pkai mmg takde mslh.

bab pemakanan pun mmg saling bergantung antara satu sama lain. plenty of plain water pun sama jugk. jgn lupa juge tentang senaman muka... utk mengekalkan anjalan muka.

oh aku jumpa posting psl jerawat n what chemical yg korg leh cari utk tangani jerawat ni.

1. Benzoyl peroxide (e.g. Oxy)
2. Topical clindamycin (available over-the-counter in pharmacy)
3. Tretinoin (a facial cream)

If the acne is moderately severe or severe, he/she will be started on oral antibiotics.
Usually tetracycline/ doxycycline for a period of 3 to 6 months.

Haha ko kenekan aku yea...xpe, yea kulit teri sememangnya muda,tegang dan pejan.Mula2 aku jumpa dia pun,xsangka dia nampak cam awek (awet) muda. ::icon_razz::

Clindamycin tu tak pernah dijual secara OTC, tu bahan kawalan dan tak boleh dijual d luar kaunter.Tu ubat yang paling mujarab but,tu untuk jerawat d tahap serius.Untuk peringkat biasa pun boleh,tak de masalah nak guna...aku banyak syorkan pesakit aku guna ni.Feed back ok...

Tu jenis luaran,jenis makan punya ko kene sejenis ubat nama dia doxymycin.Warna dia hijau dan makan waktu malam ( tkt loya klu mkn siang ),ni aku sendiri guna selama 3 bulan,dan hasilnya muka aku...hehe..licin.

AWAS !! kepada remaja dibawah umur 18 thn,korang tak boleh makan dan risikonya gigi akan kuning seumur hidup.

Benziol tu OTC product,so ko leh dapat cari kan semua ubat jerawat komersial yang ada kat pasaran.Macam t3,oxy,clearasil dll .

Tu rawatan moden,jika ko nak tradisional,ko leh makan herbal cleanser,cleaser plus dan macam2 lagi.Herba2 ni nak dapat hasil kene tunggu paling koman 3 bulan.

korang amik kimia ek zaman skolah menengah dulu? ke...degree korg2 ni mmg dermatology? haha.. huio...gempak ah saranan korang. cuak aku tgk. macam2 daa..

bab makan ubat, aku penah aa makan tablet yang macam korg suggest tu...kaler ijou...aku maleh nak taip namenye, bebelit2...huhu.. mmg meloyakan. tapi lps 3bulan...kalo aku nazar kerat jari aku kena kerat betul ooo...sebab mmg elok hasilnye! cuma...lepas aku stop amik ubat tu constantly, mula la naek balek... mahal beb~...sebijik sehengget!...

aku tak berapa caya sgt oxy ni...sbb pnah ad reputasi buruk dengan aku satu ketika dulu... T3 dgn Aiken je aku pegang skrg...tapi salah aku gak... dah tau hormon tak balance, gi melantak yang minyak2 lagi...kan...huhu...

nak ubat parut je skrg ni...camne eh?

ko mkn pil hormon ke? mkn pil hormon mmg kulit jd licin... kalu yg lelaki la.. kalu pompuan tak jln pil2 ni hehehe..

aku tak amik biologi ataupun farmasi.. aku amik kursus kat google je top up skit dengan pengetahuan aku yg skit ni. hahaha...

aiken bagus juge.... ko gunakan la..

ubat parut dh byk dh bincang yg sebelum2 ni, ko try la.

Tp aku prefer ko amik jenis supplement la,sebab kimia ni tak elok amalkan slalu.Ko pompuan elok makan EPO bg stabil hormon ko,biasa period je mula la muka ko penuh.Kebanyakkan remaja memang macam ni...

EPO tu 1 hal,cari herbal cleanser...ni membuang toksin dalam badan ko.

hahaha... antara21 laki kot...tapi dia suke rasenye orang ingat dia pompuan. penari la katakan~..hohoho. tapi tak tau la kan....avatar dia haruhi...dari dulu lagi..hm~... ampun, off topik..^^

on balek. ad kawan aku tiap2 malam tempek hirisan buah kat muka.. limau, oren...timun...tomato... untuk ap tu? leh makan tak hirisan2 tu lepas lekat kat muka? just nak tau...nak tanya dia segan...

Eleh tu biasalah nak bagi muka segar dan serap toksin.Timunkan terkenal dengan fungsi menyerap toksin,tomato pula untuk mencantikkan kulit, oren tak silap aku untuk membaiki sel kulit yang dah mati dan lebih kepada kulit la senang cite.

Leh jer...ko basuh bersih2 dan jangan lupa baca bismillah...dan yang peling penting,ko jgn lupa wasiatkan HP dan PC ko kepada nama aku sebelum ko mula makan. ::icon_lol::

jerawat g klinik kulit.macam adik aku.beria g klinik.tp makan tak nak pantang.baik tak payah.10 klinik pun tak baik macam tu.nanti Dr bg ubat makan,ubat sapu,antibiotik.yg penting hati mau cekal,seafood tak leh mkn..hehe

Tu alergi la...seafood masih boleh makan lagi,kalau ko x makan nanti badan ko kekurangan Ion,mane ko nak cekau Ion secara semulajadi ? Ada sejenis ubat tu aku dah lupa nama dia,makan tu dalam masa bape minggu,dalam masa yang same jerawat ko gile kentang banyak tumbuh.Aku yakin kalau orang yang berubat tu jenis yang lemah semangat,mesti da stop.Tp kesan bagus...

oit...memandai je ko ye. huhu. takyah la makan balek buah2 yang dah ditempek kat muka tuu.... nama pon dah serap minyak, toksin segala... kalo makan balek...macam recycle je toksin2 tu tau... kupas laen la..ek? hehe

aa... sebut pasal makan... aku memang terpaksa pantang makan2 ni... meh aku nak ingat2 balek... bahan2 terlarang ni..
em...kacang, siput, seafood, kopi, cendawan, chocolate...byk gak la...huhu

Alergi pada seafood dan ko mudah sakit kepala bila minum menatang tu.Tul x? Leh aku tanya,ko ada rasa diri ko baran2 walaupun sikit ?

yup!! tepat sekali....

waktu tdo juge menyebabkan kulit kita kusam dan sbgnya. dats y kita digalakkan tdo cukup... mesti 8 jam but not more than 9 hours. mata sembab juge mencacatkan kulit.

pemakanan mmg ada kena mengena dengan emosi kita. tu sbb kalu pompuan rasa mcm nk mrh je, digalakkan mkn coklat. dark coklat is better... so dat temper pun kurang.

Chocolate affects us both negatively and positively. Some people, when they are sad or depressed, experience a craving for chocolate. Chocolate is reported to cause headache, obesity, rectal itching, heart burn and emotional problems like irritability, confusion, anger and depression.

Chocolate is rich in carbohydrates, which increase the rate with which tryptophan enters the brain. This increases the level of serotonin, a neurotransmitter that regulates moods, creating a good feeling.

The addictive property of chocolate is also well documented. This is evidenced by the fact that some people, when trying to give up alcohol, depend on chocolate to satisfy their cravings. This drug-like property is attributed to caffeine, anandamines, phenylethylamine and magnesium that are present in chocolate. The presence of caffeine and magnesium can contribute to a feeling of craving for chocolate. Ananadmides affect the brain in a similar way to marijuana, though research in this field is still debated.

There are more than 350 chemicals in chocolate. Some of these are believed to cause allergic reactions. Some scientists believe that phenylethylamine and theobromine could cause changes in moods. Phenylethylamine causes blood pressure and blood sugar to rise. It generates a feeling of alertness and contentment thus creating a feeling of well being. But, a short period of emotional high is followed by a period of emotional low. Theobromine is found naturally in cocoa and acts as an anti-depressant, but has been known to be toxic to animals.

Eating chocolate can also give rise to a feeling of anxiety. Phenylethylamine is said to cause dilation of blood vessels in brain causing headaches. Though it is still debatable whether phenylethylamine reaches the brain.

One ounce of chocolate contains 20 mg of caffeine. Researches on the effects of caffeine have reported that caffeine can cause problems in sleep, restlessness, irritability, heartburn and anxiety. Withdrawal from caffeine causes fatigue and headaches.

Tyramine is another amino acid present in chocolate. Though it is not certain whether any significant amount of tyramine reaches the brain, yet it is known that it causes blood vessels to expand and contract causing dull headaches.

Women appear to crave chocolate more than men, including diabetics. Some amongst these women reported that only chocolate and nothing else could satisfy their craving. The presence of magnesium in chocolate can account for the fact that during PMS (Post Menstrual Syndrome) craving for chocolate increases in women, as during this period a deficiency of magnesium may arise.

With all this contradictory information on the effects of chocolate on mood, one has to observe from one's experiences and decide whether chocolate is right for one. But, certainly, large amounts of chocolate will effect us physically or emotionally one way or another.

aku still nak pendapat korang pasal produk kesihatan/kecantikan jenama Himalaya. ad biasa dgn brand tu? kat farmasi selalu ada, tapi mahel2...huhu...ada komen?

dan, aku cukup serik lalu dekat eskelator shopping complex kat tempat aku,...sebab ada satu booth ni dorang jual produk ape tah...demposnow camtu la bunyinye.... berasaskan sengkuang kot kalo tak silap. aku lalu je mesti kena tarik, then dorg calit sket kt muka aku ni ha...tensen tol. huhu...point aku kat sini, nk tny, produk tu berkesan ke? dorg cakap baek utk ilangkan parut...hm~ aku berminat kot, sebab murah. tp nk tny pndpt pakar kt sni dulu aaa..hehe

bab makan. hahaha....sebagai rakyat malaysia sejati, aku tak dapat la nak tolak makanan cam nasik goreng, cucur udang, cekodok, satay... telur goreng...korg paham kan??? ya!! punca muka aku takung minyak masak yang aku makan tu. hehe...ad alternatif?? ^^

Demposnow ? Haa...brand ni la aku jumpa kat melaka,dan yang ni hampir sama dengan produk malay guna tak silap aku.Ntahlah aku pun x sure yang dia berdaftar dengan KKM ke tak,sebab skang banyak je letak KKM tp bila semak,kantoi tak berdaftar...

Kene tanya jabatan dlu, huhu...aku da kene aritu,kene rampas produk erisya. Rugi satu hal,kene naik mahkamah kalau betul produk tu ada bahan terlarang .Ko nak cari supplement untuk ape " antara " ? aku x faham sangat apa yang ko nak...

1st of all, ko pkai ke tak blotter paper yg aku cadangkan tu? blotter paper tu mengurangkan minyak kat muka ko.

2nd - jenama himalaya mmg bagus.. sbb dia berasaskan tumbuhan. pada aku apa2 brg yg berasaskan herba dan tumbuhan mmg bagus utk muka dan kulit. tp mmg mahal hehehe...

lg1 aku teringat member aku kulit dia penuh ngn parut2 jerawat, ilang lepas dia guna produk AG2000. tp pencuci muka je RM80... brg2 mau dengan ratus2. tp berbaloi la... b4 kawin muka dia licin dh.

3rd - brg yg ko sebut tu aku tak pernah dgr hehehe... sori la tak dpt membantu. tp bak kata oggy.. beter ko cek ngn KKM, sbb byk produk pelik2 ni gah je bunyik dia, tp mengandungi bhn2 yg merbahaya. tak salah kalu berjaga2 kan?

sy pn skrg mngalami kulit berminyak ngan berjerawat..huhu..start taun 2008..

sebelum tu ok je...xde laa slalu tumbuh jerawat, kalo ade satu dua pastu ilang..

tp start akhir 2008 tu , muka sy tumbuh jerawat.. makin lama mkin byk..pastu kekal lak..

xbaik2 dah..pastu bru start nk gne pencuci muka.. n smpai skrg xelok2..skrg ni da xgne

pncuci muka..yg sy gne nixoderm ngan bio oil... ade la kurang skit.. erm pe pndapat cik

teri kita thdp msalah sy ni? nk tau pndpt psal produk yg sy gne skrg...huhu

heheh tunfaris... aku bukan pakar la.. aku pun try n error je kat muka aku ni hehehe...

ko kata b4 ni ok? skang ni dh sat jerawat? tell me something... ko kerja ke? or study? kawasan study ko? sekolah? kolej? if ko mengalami tekanan perasaan... ni menandakan ko mengalami mslh hormon. bile ko tertekan, hormon ko berubah n skaligus menggalakkan pertumbuhan jerawat. aku nasihatkan ko pantau keadaan sekeliling... jaga emosi dan always berfikiran positif dan tenang je selalu.

like always.. dinasihatkan juga ko pantau pemakanan ko. mcm antara21 ni... dia perfomer.. always put on make up dan mkn pun tak jaga. tu sbb beri kesan pada wajah. penjagaan pun kene pantau... pastikan ko cuci muka dengan betul.

jika produk yg ko pkai ni ada kesan... teruskan guna... jgn berenti. ko tukar bila dh nmpk perubahan ketara je... tukar produk yg lebih bersesuaian dengan struktur kulit ko.

bio oil berkesan? haa... tu testimonial tu. teruskan pemakaian utk ilangkan parut2 muka.
