budu tu makan sikit jela..siapa suruh ko tegok budu tu..

orang kata tempe tak baik tu sebab tempe kan dari soya..
soya ada banyak hormon pompuan,isoflavone tak silap aku.lupe lak apa fungsinya.gi cek sendiri kit wikipedia.

tapi aku tetiap hari minum air soya satu kotak beso...dan makan tempe dah kompem la 2-3 hari skali...
ok je....tak jadi pompuan pon..

Uih tempe sodap..aku gila jumpa tempe mesti aku beli banyak2.dan ni kebaikan tempe ...

1. Membantu pergerakan usus

Wah fiza orang jawa ker... hehe...

Pandai jawan tak semestinya pandai cakap jawa..Orang kita pun pandai cakap jawa jugak mana yang dah bergaul lama dengan orang jawak la.

Tp aku nak blajar cakap cina Hokkien,best ..nak2 " cak peng,cak boo liau " lawak bunyinye...
