Tidak Boleh Copy Dvd+rw Kepada Dvd-r

Aku ada satu masalah yang sudah senak otak memikirkannya. Aku guna Pinnacle 10 untuk edit video dari 3 tape DV
+- 2 jam 40 minit. Aku guna cam Cannon MV750i, entah aku tekan kat mana settingnya bila capture jadi format NTSC sebelum ni dalam PAL. Semasa Make movie, di page Pinnacle 10 tu macam ni:
Disc type: DVD. Video quality/Disc usage: Automatic quality. (output standard NTSC)
DVD (E:) 4.7 GB
Available: 20 seconds
Used: 12 minutes
Quality: 43%

Bila siap render dan auto burn ke DVD+RW-- succesfull
Tapi masalahnya dari DVD+RW nak copy ke DVD-R, samada guna Nero 7 atau Ashampoo Burning Studio 5 error yang sama keluar ' The verification of the recorded DVD copy has failed. This means that the files are not exact copies of the originals and the DVD copy will probably not work properly. The reason for this may be that there is incompatibility between your DVD-writer and the DVD recordable you used.' Copy antara DVD+RW ke DVD+RW pun masalah sama. Sebelum ni ok je (dalam PAL). Adakah kerana dia dalam format NTSC, kalau ya bolehkah NTSC convert PAL sebelum atau selepas edit.
