ok aku rasa ko kene direct g kat telekom to print out status ko tu then ko bawak oderform/ suart yang cont telekom kasi ko tu biasanya diorang nie silap pakej aku dah banyak customer silap pakej so aku call telekom dan dia tukar balik dan dia akan kasi new id / pass ko check it out dulu ... bila telekom kata ok then ko check balik kat router

1)bile ko dah bagi url modem config tu aku rase mesti ko dah dapat 512 punye kan.kalau tak mesti kat situ ko dah complain apsal amik speed 512 tapi display 384.so masalah speed mungkin takde masalah kat ko sekarang ni

2)kalau ko print out test speed tu pastuh bawak masuk mahkamah pun sure ko takleh menang punyer.aku rase topic pasal test speed ni dah banyak dah keluar kat sini.so baik ko check balik

Guna dialup biasa laa, masa aku guna Dialup prepaid pun camtu gak.. banyak factor.. biasa kalau rasa lag, kau reconnect je dialer.. dia akan ok balik.. Biasa la tu OLD version orang kata New Version Streamyx ... keh keh keh.. jangan marah arr Nara, aku tau kau masih hampa lagi bila apply streamyx telekom cakap Port Not available. bebawak la bersabar.

line jadi slow mungkin ada beberapa sebab. kemungkinan pc ko tuh ada adware/spyware yg mana aku pernah kena dulu ; nak connect susah, line jadi slow... cam mana hapuskan benda ni, gunalah Ad-aware Pro & PestPatrol

Dah tengok ke kat modem web management tu.tengok dulu baru complain.kalau nak lagi ok buat screen shot.reports kat tekom pastuh tunjukkan bukti.lagi cun.

Down 512/up 256 .. mmg ade.yg ni utk pelanggan yg apply pakej RM44 atau RM66 atau RM77.benda ni takde announce pun kat paper.tapi dari sumber2 yg aku dapat mmg itu speed yg akan dapat bagi pakej yg aku sebutkan tadi.

Why is my throughput lower than the line speed I purchased?

Communications equipment vendors like to think in terms of low level ATM data rates without regard to the structure or content of the data. ATM is a protocol for transferring data between two points. Internet uses IP as the protocol for communicating, therefore, and in particular, TCP/IP. So your data is going over your DSL line via TCP/IP over ATM.

TCP has an overhead in transmission that can be about 5-10%, but ATM overhead is more like 15%. So you can expect to lose up to 25% of your purchased speed at least when counting application data transfer rate. Making up a rule of thumb here: Given a broadband line speed, dividing by 8 and taking off 25% is a reasonable estimate of the maximum likely data download speeds (in bytes of data) you will manage to get.

There are additional factors affecting the throughput results. There are applications running that usually take up a small amount of bandwidth to communicate with their servers, therefore only the remaining bandwidth is available for the throughput test and the results will be lower. The Operating System TCP settings will also affect the results because it is usually not optimized.
