good news.. Langkah terbaru EPF ini akan meningkatkan lagi business oppurtinity bagi semua Perunding Amanah Saham. Ini kerana dengan perlaksanaan skim terbaru ini (refer to red bold), golongan muda juga dapat melabur dengan menggunakan skim EPF (tak perlu cash money).. Oleh itu, target prospek akan semakin besar di pasaran..

KWSP perkenal simpanan asas setiap pencarum Februari 2008

KUALA LUMPUR 22 Okt. – Mulai 1 Februari tahun depan, 11.4 juta pencarum Kumpulan Wang Simpanan Pekerja (KWSP) perlu mempunyai simpanan asas yang ditentukan mengikut umur masing-masing.

Ketua Pegawai Eksekutif KWSP, Datuk Azlan Zainol berkata, simpanan asas tersebut merupakan jumlah simpanan yang terdapat di dalam Akaun 1 setiap pencarum.

Beliau berkata, tujuan konsep itu diperkenalkan bagi membolehkan pencarum mempunyai simpanan minimum RM120,000 sebaik sahaja mereka mencapai umur persaraan 55 tahun.

‘‘Berdasarkan jangkaan, jumlah ini dapat menampung bayaran bulanan kepada pencarum sebanyak RM500 bagi tempoh 20 tahun iaitu bermula dari usia bersara pencarum hingga umur mereka mencecah 75 tahun.

‘‘Selain itu penetapan simpanan asas ini juga akan dijadikan panduan kepada kita untuk memastikan simpanan KWSP tidak boleh dikeluarkan sehingga pencarum berusia 55 tahun kecuali untuk tujuan tertentu,’’ katanya

Beliau berkata demikian pada sidang akhbar bagi mengumumkan pelaksanaan inisiatif strategik yang berkonsepkan ‘bukan hanya simpanan’ dalam usaha meningkatkan simpanan pencarum.

Pelaksanaan simpanan asas bagi setiap pencarum itu merupakan salah satu perkara yang terkandung di dalam inisiatif tersebut.

Bagaimanapun semua skim pengeluaran KWSP yang ada sekarang termasuk pembiayaan perumahan, pendidikan dan penyakit kritikal tidak berubah dengan pelaksanaan inisiatif strategik itu.

Azlan berkata, semua pengeluaran akan bergantung kepada jumlah simpanan asas yang telah ditetapkan mengikut umur pencarum.

‘‘Bagi yang berumur 25 tahun, simpanan asasnya adalah sebanyak RM9,000, umur 30 tahun (RM18,000), umur 35 tahun (RM29,000) dan umur 40 tahun (RM44,000).

‘‘Bagi mereka yang berumur 45 tahun, simpanan asasnya ialah (RM64,000), umur 50 tahun (RM90,000) dan umur 55 tahun (RM120,000),’’ jelasnya sambil menambah kuantum simpanan asas akan dikaji setiap lima tahun.

Sehubungan itu beliau berkata, mereka yang mempunyai lebihan daripada simpanan asas masing-masing sahaja dibenarkan mengeluarkan caruman mereka untuk tujuan pelaburan.

‘‘Sebagai contoh seorang pencarum berusia 25 tahun dan jumlah simpanan asasnya adalah lebih RM9,000, katakanlah RM12,000. Lebihan RM3,000 itu boleh dikeluarkan untuk dilaburkan dalam produk dan institusi yang diluluskan.

‘‘Berbanding skim pelaburan sedia ada sebenarnya konsep yang diperkenalkan ini menggalakkan pencarum melabur pada usia muda,’’ ujarnya.

Dalam pada itu beliau berkata, penetapan simpanan asas juga akan digunakan untuk menentukan sama ada pencarum layak mengeluarkan simpanan pada usia 50 tahun atau sebaliknya.

Beliau berkata, perubahan mengeluarkan simpanan pada usia 50 tahun itu akan dilaksanakan sepenuhnya pada 1 Januari 2013.

‘‘Mulai tahun tersebut hanya ahli yang mempunyai simpanan asas lebih RM90,000 dalam Akaun 1 sahaja dibenarkan mengeluarkan semua simpanan dalam Akaun 2.

‘‘Berbanding sekarang, ahli boleh mengeluarkan satu pertiga simpanan dari Akaun 2 sebaik sahaja mereka mencapai umur 50 tahun tanpa mengira jumlah keseluruhan wang yang terdapat dalam akaun KWSP masing-masing,’’ katanya.

FEB 08; EVERYBODY CAN INVEST UT THRU EPF

According to pihak EPF, new regulation dan calculation akan dilakukan pada account 1 pencarum bagi memberi peluang pencarum membuat pelabuaran di usia muda dan sekaligus dapat menambah jumlah tabungan account 1 masing-masing after retire kelak.

Klau semuanya berjalan dengan lancar, pelaburan berdasarkan kepada figure seperti berikut.

Anda berumur 27 tahun...so basic saving mesti 9k

17 ribu - 9 ribu, = 8 ribu. ..8 ribu x 20 % ialah 3.6K..

so first investment u all adalah rm3600..

* Skim EPF, anda boleh mambuat pelaburan setiap 3 bulan sekali.

Kalau tak silap kamu ada tanya frannez tentang camna nak jadik agent dan berapa fee nak daftar jadik agent ("pengalamanku berniaga Unit Trust") kat business thread...maybe frannez ter lepas pandang tentang satu perkataan dpd u iaitu "blur"..

Takper, senang ceta Bisnes nie sama cam business yang frannez buat la..jadik unit trust consultant. Unit Trust Consultant jual financial planning servis..

UTC ofer consultation servis dengan cara mengajak org membuat pelaburan di dana-dana amanah saham Public Mutual, uruskan akaun investment org dgn objektif untuk mendapatkan pulangan pelaburan dpd modal sekecil RM 1000 hingga ke beribu-ribu ringgit.

Tapi jgn salah faham tau..UTC tak handle urusan pelaburan spt nak pilih syarikat mana kita nak buat pelaburan..itu fund manager punya job scope..kita hanya beri khidmat nasihat dan provide value added service ajer..sbg contoh kalau org nak melabur atau nak jual balik pelaburan, kita isikan form dan submit tue Public Mutual ajer.

Business nie memg kena gerak aktif ngan public..yer lo, camna hang nak offer financial servis kalau dok dalam tempurung kelapa jer.. bukan consultant la camtue..

Kalau ko nak dptkan penjelasan yg lebih lanjut..meh kita make appointment..let me show u the biz and career prospect degn lebih detail..guarantee ko teruja..

I ada dengar general explaination dkt booth Public Mutual di Carefour Subang last week.. agent yang ada masa tue ada mentioned..kalau joint Public Mutual..kita bole enjoy active dan pasif income on monthly basis

Macamana yg dimaksudkan pasif income dlm unit trust tu? adakah sama macam agen insuran/takaful? Contohnya, kalau bulan ni kita dpt jumlah pelaburan sebanyak RM20,000.00 dan dapat komisyen, adakah komisyen bulan ini akan diperoleh dan dicampur dgn komisyen bulan depan? Contohnya, kalau komisyen bulan ni kita dapat RM1000.00, adakah RM1000.00 ni akan kita dapat dan dicampur utk bulan depan jugak? macamana cara pemberian komisyen bulanan dlm unit trust ni, sama macam agen insuran/takaful ke?

Boleh tolong describe tak..

I tak berani nak komen sebb Public Mutual belum buat official announcement lagi. As next year baru akan start 5.45% service charge, then maybe you'll know the answer by next year as well.

(1) Senario biasa bg orang yang kerja kat marketing line, kalau executive tue exceeded sales budget yang diset sekali pun, yang dapat nama hanya bos dia.. executive hanya rewarded on the bonus..nak promote still follow seniority.

So, dekt Public Mutual, kalau agent dapat closed sales yang menyamai atau exceed our upline..adakah kita akan still maintained below the same upline..

(2) Wat is the criteria to get promoted in Public Mutual, other than sales?

(3) Adakah sales quota akan di increase every year once this year agent meet budget.. how much is sales quota per month. is it based on ranking spt agen insurans?

(4) Fyi, some takaful companies ada buat cam ala-ala scheme EPF. Sbg contoh, Takaful Ikhlas ada buat cam Scheme savings untuk wakil2 nya. Scheme ini di contribute dpd komisyen dan wakil2 boleh buat pengeluaran setiap 3 tahun..sekali kuar, boleh dpt average 200K.. Public Mutual ada buat tak..?

Soalan 1

Downline akan "breakaway" dpd upline apabila dia punya sales dah on par atau above upline..tapi dia still under "upline's" upline. For instance, Supervisor meet the same as manager..so supervisor promoted to manager. when become a manager, the manager still under Group Agency Manager..

Soalan 2.

Selain dpd sales, kena cukup kan credit hours dpd training, kena ada minimum downlines dan years of serving. Sumer itu perlu kerana SENIORITY mesti ada. Public Mutual bukan senang2 bagi promotion like other company. U ada experience dalam marketing, tp ur boss is a fresh graduate..u bole terima ker ?? !!

Soalan 4

Sales quota is based on yearly basis. When u joint, ur sales quota (Agent level) is RM 30K setahun. Dan dia akan increased ikut ranking. The details of sales quota, i akan advise u later becoz u joint pun belum lagi.cukup itu sahaja yang u perlu ketahui.

Modal nak join biz nie tak besar, hanya RM 247.40 ajer untuk joining dan exam fee. So, u kena attend exam dulu la before u boleh sell unit trust.

Public Mutual juga ada buat CUTE class as preparation before an exam. I advise u to attend the class also even not compulsory.

Utk urusan pendaftaran, u kena bagi I copy of ic, Academic Cert (SPM at least), gambar 6 keping dan Public Bank statement of saving account (front page of saving book)

Untuk Public Bank Account, kalau u di Klang Valley, u tak perlu open first, tapi kalau u di other states, u kena open dulu..

Untuk RM 247.50, I juz nak inform that this is refundable after u closed RM 30K within 6 months dpd joined date. If you have financial constraint but sangat berminat and have strong ambition to be full time in the future, I will assist you by advancekan RM 100. You just pay RM 147.50 first.

PETALING JAYA: Public Bank Bhd's unit, Public Mutual won the Most Outstanding Islamic Fund Manager award at the recent Kuala Lumpur Islamic Finance Forum's Islamic Finance Awards 2007 ceremony.

The award was presented by Second FInance Minister Tan Sri Nor Mohamed Yakcop Public Mutual’s chairman Tan Sri Dr Teh Hong Piow during the award presentation ceremony on Nov 20, 2007 at the Nikko Hotel Kuala Lumpur.

Public Mutual said on Nov 26 the objective of the awards was to honour and appreciate efforts of the institutions and organisations that have given significant contribution in developing the industry.

"Winning this award not only reinforces our leadership position in the industry but also affirms our commitment to excellence. This achievement is a testimony of Public Mutual’s collective dedication and commitment to continuously deliver value to our investors,†Teh said.

The Kuala Lumpur Islamic Finance Forum was organised by the Centre for Research and Training together with Halal Industry Development Corporation (HDC), and in collaboration with Dow Jones Islamic Market Indexes , the International Institute of Islamic Finance and Messrs Hisham, Sobri & Kadir.

Public Mutual said the Islamic fund industry in Malaysia had grown rapidly and remained highly competitive. From 2001 to Oct 31, 2007, Public Mutual Islamic funds’ total net asset value has grown by 2500% from RM300 million in 2001 to RM7.9 billion as at end October 2007.

The industry’s Islamic funds total net asset value grew by 615% from RM2.0 billion to RM14.3 billion over the same period. Public Mutual is the leader in the private Islamic fund industry with a market share of more than 55% as at end October 2007.

Public Mutual currently manages 54 funds for more than 1.35 million accountholders. As at Oct 31, 2007, the total net asset value of the funds managed by the company was RM26.7 billion.
