I CANNOT help but say my piece when it comes to services by Telekom Malaysia. Theoretical knowledge says the customer is king. In practice, this is not true in the case of TM.

All these years, TM has received so many complaints.I cannot understand why government leaders don’t act on these complaints. The lack of action has led TM to dominate telecommunication services.

We know of a few locations in Selangor and the Federal Territory where these services are provided by companies other than TM. My question is, what choice is offered to the rest of the country? Where is the competition?

I ask the Government to open this field to other players and then we will see if TM will be able to carry on with outdated service policies like charging phone rentals even if what the consumer needs is a line for Internet connection.

Hehe... tapi.. terpaksa bayar gak.. kos mantain kabel telipon kene cas kat sapa? nak korek TmNet.. diorang nak bayo bandwidh kat negara luar... yerkla.. korang nak akses ke luar negara kene guna pas gak.... hummm tah la.. bagui den... Fair jer..

bapak aku paling bengang ngan TM...berulang kali org tua tu gi ke kedai telekom komplen line tipon umah aku mampos x leh gune (bukan x bayar bil arrr)....first time officer dia kata nanti antar technician check (x dtg2 pun), 2nd kata tipon umah aku rosak dah ganti the same result...kali ketiga aku x ingat ape alasan nyer kali ke-4 dia kata cable tipon ape ntah kene curi but umah jiran2 ok jer.....lepas dekat 4 minggu baru antar technician repair ape ntah x smp 15 minit settled....bil mcm biasa la kene byr tanpa consider period x leh gune tue...TM mmg sux to da max...and monopoly xkan memajukan negara....huhu

...kalu boleh tm kasi kurangkan skit sewa telefon BAGI PELANGGAN STREAMYX.Aku masuk telefon sbb nk pk streamyx jer...sbb biasa aku guna handphone...kalu bleh kasilah RM20 sebulan ker bg streamyx subscriber.kan

yg pakai dial up utk tenet lagi TM ngap.ade ker patut TM dpt 90 sen TMnet ngan Jaring dpt 60 sen jerk utk 1 jam online.

tu ok lg..aku dah terminate streamyx aku mse 5/4/2006..siap tulis borang dpn pegawai tmpoint..tp last week dpt surat .. kene bayo bil streamyx bln 4 smp bln nih..

sape x bengang dgn TMnet..buat keje ke juz act kat depan customer?huh..

TM mmg tak patut monopoli market broadband, kalau ade alternatif yg lebih murah & reliable lain mmg aku dah apply..

kalo ada isp lain pun kena tumpang TM nyer line gak ..

nak dapat servis bagus tunggulah Malaysia ada internet backbone - direct dari US , tunggulah 10-15 tahun lagi. Tahap penggunaan dsl pun masih lembab mungkin kerana faktor lokasi yang berjauhan antara bandar-bandar besar di Malaysia.

cuba tengok jarak antara penang ke kl.
