zulhijrah 1 Report post Posted June 7, 2011 salam.. sy baru dapat laptop office..menggunakan os windows 7..laptop ni sudah integrated ngan server office..masalah skang ialah User Account Control asyik muncul setiap kali sy nak install software and kuar masuk thumbdrive yg ada security..so sy ingat nak disablekan la UAC tu..but tak bole sebab kena log in sebagai administrator..sy pun godek2 tekan "manage user account" dia mintak password then sy masukkan..bila kat dalam tab tu sy da tak ingat tekan ape..tapi yg saya tau sy da change administrator ke user..dan selepas tu masalah pun berlaku bila setiap kali sy nak usik ape2 muncul tab utk masukkan username and password..password lak sy tak tau..even masuk password sebelum ni pun tak leh..so ingat nak tukar balik user ke administrator kat "manage user account" tu..but bila dia mintak username and password..sy tak leh wat ape..so camne ek? ada cara tak supaya kembali kepada asal? esok nak keje ni..adui sy da try boot in safe mod..tapi same je masalahnya..n sy try utk guna system restore..but kena masukkan username n password yg sy tak tau tu..hurm..pening..k la..sy nak tido dulu..penat da wat menda ni..da abis ikhtiar da ni..kalo sape2 yg lum tido..tolong la bantu sy camne nak wat..bagi cadangan n step by step..esok pagi sy try wat.. zulhijrah 1 Report post Posted June 8, 2011 kat office takde bahagian IT..bos anta kat orang lua utk setup sume..takut dia marah lak bila sy cakap komputer problem..sebab baru je semlam dia amik laptop ni kat orang tu sebab baru tukar os..
