Explorer Stop Working

Salam semua..

sy ade masalah degan sy punye pc ni..
bila sy bukak folder video (.flv,.avi dll) akan kluar
1 window, "Window Explorer has stoped working"

so cm mn sy nk selesaikan mslah ni ek?
Problem Even Name : BEX

mintak tolong kat semua otai2 untuk bg tunjuk ajar

cuba install kLite code pack. Tq.

Here is how to fixed.
In control panel Find Network and Internet/ Network and Sharing Center
Find "Manage Browser Addons" click it,
Internet Properties box should open,
Navigate to - Advanced Tab/ Security/
Un tic the checkbox for "Enable memory protection to help mitigate online attacks"
Solved my problem.

mungkin crash masa nak generate thumbnail.

cuba uninstall current codec, install latest klite.
pakai default setting.

atau

disable thumbnail generation.
