haqqu90 0 Report post Posted December 24, 2009 saya da anta gmba kat dell mase skrin laptop saye jalur2,pastu dell tros anta org tuka motherboard,tapi pas 3 hari hang balek,pas tu jalur2 tu muncul balek...kalo anta gmba hang,mungkin tk nmpak mcm hang,bintik2 biru tu pon kene tgk dekat2 baru nmpak...dell kate warranty hanya untuk hardware je...dell de suruh diagnose sama ade hang ni berpunca dri hardware ke tak,saya da buat hardware test,pass je...memory test pon pass...pastu die kate kalo bukan dari hardware/memory,maknenye software problem..pastu dell soh reformat,da buat da,tapi makin menjadi2,yang jalur2 tu muncul pas reformat la...cm ne ye.. i-bizz 1 Report post Posted December 24, 2009 sy punye cadangan le, mase staff dell hantar utk servis waranty nnti mintak tolong (upah) staff tu tlg formatkan dan tgk hasilnye, dan klu masih lag masalah dgn sendrinye staf tu buat laporan pada dell.kan senang je.
