Printer problem??

Nak tanya... aku pakai printer HP Laser Jet 5P kat Win 98.... sbl nie ok jer...
tapi skang kalo aku print dia keluar error lampu data dgn lampu error menyala... apa masalahnya..

try connect kat pc lain bole print, problem kat 1 pc jer...

1- tuka cable power - Fail
2- tuka cable comm port - Fail
3- restart pc - Fail
4- reinstall driver - Fail

aku da tatau nak buat aper da... kastemer aku da bising2 tnya...

mintak pertolongan otai² ???

98 - ok
2000 - ok
XP - ok

just 1 pc jer nie jer xbole

Please check if Auto Selection is ticked on the [Paper Source] in [Printer Setting]. If not, please correct it. If Auto Selection still does not work, please put paper in the upper paper tray and then you will be able to print. ::icon_cheers::

the problem is, if i put paper in upper tray it can print but just 1 page only, it will show error when print next page

change default bios or change spp + epp... kat parallel port dlm bios. save then try again.
or update bios

kalau problem lagi try la format system tersebut. try

masih tak boleh.. kemungkinan port parrallel tu problem.

beli print server brand dlink dp 300U support utk parralel dan usb.

mean leh print by network.

tak perlu tukar kabel tak perlu on pc sharing printer.
