Mahir dalam MySQL dan asp, aspx, php dan jsp dan cfm adalah skit sebab lebih suka windows platfom, MS Access ODBC dgn MYsql sebab guna MS Access db engine tak power. Program yang rumit2 mcm ERP system, kiraan bonus MLM dan lain2. Jika ada projek sedia terima tempahan. Company Berhad pun dah guna system saya. Anyone have any suggestions as to the best ways to find the right people? What I don't want is an offshore firm, I don't want the .NET newbie who picked up a few skills during the past six months, I don't want the guy with the 20-year resume who knows everything from COBOL to .NET but none of it very well--I need a true .NET rock star who can get projects done fast and well and who knows how to make things happen and I've had a nightmare of a time trying to find this kind of developer.
