aku plak rabun sblom guna pc.. setakat ni alhamdulillah la... heher.. bagus btol bukak topic ni.. sblom ni aku bukan tau pon radiasi crt la apa la.. hahahaha...

hari nih kbykn mase aku spent dpn laptop ksygn ku nih.

letih gak mata ku nih..

kalo slalu sgt tgok screen nih

makin cepat le aku nyer degree naik...!!!

cam mana plak ngan arahan dan amaran yg terdapat dlm user book komputer....................ala pasal kene duduk dlm lingkungan 15` dr PC la..................pastu lepas 15 minit kene rehatkan mata? :huh: ?

dgn nama Allah, bkn nak cakap besar..cuma nak bagitau fakta aja...mgadap pc menjadi hobi aku sejak umur 8 tahun sampai skang umur dah boleh mengundi, tapi maintain jer x pakai cermin mata pun. xde lak masalah rabun, glaukoma dan sebagainya... (ada la sekali dua sakit mata, tp aku rasa bukan sbb pc). aku sentiasa pakai crt, xmampu beli lcd...DIULANGI! bukan nak cakap besar, cuma berkongsi fakta pengalaman sendiri. ok :)

[mata aku lak semaking lama bukan semakin rabun ..... tapi semakin power heheher.....

tgk tv guna komputer atau sebarang jenis alat electrik yg mengeluar cahaya apo tah nama dia..sinar ultra ungu ke apo eh?aku pon lupa aa apa dokctor mata hak aku p check cakap..dia kata memang boleh menyebabkan rabun dan boleh menjadi buta!..bab buta tu dia takes time laa...maybe ko dah guna 20thn ke 30thn ke 40thn ke..cam kanser gak dia datang etek bukan time tu gak..dia slow2 pastu merebak tup2 30thn ko hidup dapat report ko kene kanser cam kes rabun buta ni gak..benda ni akan berlaku dekat sasape je dan dia ambek masa yg lama untuk ko tahu yg ko punya penyakit rabun yg bakal membutakan mata ekau..so korang boleh ngadap pc ke tv ke big screen tv ke lama2(kalau boleh kat screen tu ada protection cam penapis screen tu leh kurangkan skit)..make sure jarakkan penglihatan dari screen bape tah 5inc tak silap aku pastu banyak tgk benda atau pokok atau apa2 je yg berwarna hijau natural alam..pastu yg paling important!!!!MAKAN SAYOOO jgn tinggal terutama carrot banyak zat tok mata...semua org yg guna benda canggih zaman skang seme ada risiko..pakai hp yg bervibrate tu pon ada side efek tak cayo pegi laa tanye doktor..pasai aku kene bebel sampai 2jam ngan doctor tu..serik aku

aku nye rabun seblah kanan 470 seblah kiri 500 efek dari aku tgk komputer dari kecik...kalau nak kata penyakit rabun aku ni keturunan impossible..sebab family aku seme tak rabun..aku skang menten pakai kontek lens..pakai spek senak laa mata

xsanggup aku kene lecture doc 2 hours wey.

aku nih family mmg ramai gak la rabun2 jauh nih.

aku ni lagi lah. kecik2 gak ah dah jinak nak nengok computer nih.

skang ni kalo xpakai cemin mata dpt dok tgk screen ni je la.

kalo nak tgk jauh xsket xleh.

screen tu cahaye die tu yg bhaye.

sbb ade gak yg screen tu rflect balik bende lain. tu la pasal.

tapi bahaye lagi kalo korang tgk bende yg xpatut korang tengok !!! hahaha

Satu lagi saya pernah baca artikel.Kalau guna laptop seeloknya jangan guna atas riba walaupun namanya laptop.[ini bagi lelaki aja] :P

Nanti suhu testis meningkat.Boleh mandul. :blink:

nih petua dr aku laa pade sesape yg rase dah nak mule rabun tuh.. dr pengalaman aku laa ni kirenye.. aku dulu2 satu hari dlm 16-18jam sehari mengadap komputer (mase zaman gempak IRC). mase tuh umur aku baru jerk 13thn.. tiap ari aku mcm tuh.. lame2 aku kene rabun jauh ckit.. nak bace papan tande tak nampak.. aku pun pegi klinik, wat pemeriksaan mate, mmg mate aku dah barai ckit. aku selalu pening rase mcm nak melayang jerk.. doktor ckp maybe leh oke balik tapi amek ms laa ckit. die suruh aku makan carrot (lobak) mentah². ratah mcm tuh jerk. tuhan aje laa yg tahu ape rasenye mkn mentah bende alah tuh. aku rase nak muntah. lame2 aku blend(kisar) jerk wat jus.. 1 tahun lebih aku minum jus carrot jerk ari2 sampai laa skang ni, mate aku dah tak barai lagik. dan pendapat korang ttg crt tuh leh rosakkan mate mmg btul. skang ni aku pakai lcd, mate aku steady jerk.. huhuhu!! kalo x pcaye try laa minum jus carrot, jgn yg beli punye.. buat sendiri :P

dan glaucoma tak boleh dikesan di kedai2 spect biasa. kena jumpa ophthamlologist guna alat check presure dlm eyeball.

The prevalence of myopia (or "shortsightedness") is about 30 to 40 percent in the United States and Europe but reaches 70 to 90 percent in some Asian populations, and rates are rising in all ethnic groups. Treatment costs in the United States are estimated at $250 million annually. A review by Fredrick emphasizes the importance of early influences on eye function and addresses the possibility that prolonged reading may contribute to the development of myopia.

Myopia occurs when an image is focused in front of the retina, either because of excessive curvature of the cornea or lens or because the eye itself is too long. The refractive error in mild cases of myopia is zero to -1.5 diopters (D), whereas in moderate myopia it ranges from -1.5 D to -6.0 D. High myopia is defined as errors greater than -6.0 D. Pathologic myopia, in which the patient has a refractive error of more than -8.0 D, occurs in about 1 to 3 percent of the population and is associated with potentially blinding conditions such as retinal detachment, macular degeneration, and glaucoma.

At birth, most infants are hyperopic, meaning images are focused behind the retina. Growth gradually results in normalization (emmetropia) by five to eight years of age. Studies of the development of myopia have been complicated by problems of randomization, follow-up, and confounding factors in children and families. Twin and family studies support significant genetic contributions to the development of myopia, especially the more severe forms. Autosomal-dominant predispositions have been established for some pathologic forms. Myopia cannot be directly correlated with intelligence because of confounding variables.

Epidemiologic studies support the "old wives' tale" that prolonged reading or close work leads to myopia. Myopic persons who frequently engage in these activities develop progressively worse vision through the third decade of life. The suggested model of myopia development (see the accompanying figure) postulates that in normal childhood development, the process of eye growth is related to the correct focusing of the image on the retina.

In myopia, the growth process continues after correction of the initial hyperopia. Myopiogenic factors, such as prolonged reading or close work, produce blurred retinal images that trigger a biochemical process in the retina, stimulating structural changes in the sclera and choroid that lead to axial elongation. Therefore, the development of myopia can continue in a predisposed person beyond the teenage years.

Although most myopic children stabilize at low to moderate levels, those with strong genetic risk factors and rapid progression of myopia are at risk of developing high myopia. Most interventions focus on decreasing the accommodative requirements of the eyes, but many have not been rigorously studied. Anticholinergics in combination with bifocals can slow the progression of myopia, but the long-term effect appears to be limited to only a 1- to 2-D gain. Clinical trials of modulators of scleral growth are underway. Rigid or gas-permeable contact lenses appear to slow the development of axial myopia to a greater extent than bifocals, but the reason is unknown. Laser surgery can correct refractive errors but does not reduce the rate of retinal detachment, macular degeneration, and glaucoma.

The author recommends identifying children with risk factors for myopia and accurately correcting refractive errors, because overcorrection can make myopia worse. A "healthy balance" of physical activity and reading (in adequate light) is recommended. He also encourages participation in ongoing clinical trials and provides Web sites for three trials sponsored by the National Institutes of Health.

tengok cara ngko tengok monitor tuh lelama. biasanya lepas 30 menit tuh alihkan ler mata tengok benda lain. lepaih tuh, monitor tuh biar lurus ngan mata, bukan kebawah atau ke atas

satu lagik, jangan tengok porn! ekekekeke

aku rabun jauh sbb dek komputer la :lol: tapi nasib baik still x perlu pakai specs..cume mase undergrad dulu time kuliah xbleh join member duk seat blakang sbb x nampak, so tepakse duk front row la.. :lol: huhu

benda ni fakta saintifik perlu ader kajian yg konkrit jadi selagi belim ader fakta sedemikian,maka ia umpama andaian.tapi,secara selamat elok jugak kite pakai pengalaman org lain,pengguna2 komp yg gune komp sampai 6 jam sehari atau lebih.

macam tv la gak kalau nak kire kajian saintifik,belum ader dakwaan nonton tv terlalu dekat atau lama boleh rosakkan mate.(kalau salah tolong betulkan)

pasal kesan komp ke atas mate,aku ade rase gak.lepas 2-3 tahun gune komp secara kerap dan lama (2-5 jam sehari) mate aku kadang2 rase macam blur gitu.walaupun bukan berterusan kesan tu tapi kadang2 aku rase ade gangguan pada mata aku.Aku cuma rase ia ada kaitan ngan komp tapi itu bukan dakwaan aku.

betul tu..kalau tgk monitor lelame tanpe mengalihkan pandangan korg..mmg risiko besar nak rabun...cam aku...

korg mungkin akan dpt rabun silau+rabun dekat(bg org tua)

bukan monitor shj tp tv pun same............he3

cahaya yg terlalu terang myb... menyebabkan mata silau dan ....

rabun silau @ rabun cahaya? ... myb bila dia mcm biasa, mata dia silau automatik, mcm putih la view dia sedikit...

mana2 kerja pun berisiko, hikhikhik

aku pernah terbaca yang monitor/skrin mesti lurus ke mata ko, kiranya dia jangan mendongak, ko kena mendongak. tu yang buat rosak mata. taktau la betul ke tak tapi aku praktikkan dari dulu, skrin lurus terus ke mata, kiranya aku tak perlu tunduk atau mendongak, dan alhamdulillah sekarang mata aku masih lagi 6/5..
