greenman 0 Report post Posted January 14, 2008 saya pun ada satu masalah ni, 3 hari lepas saya ada cuba nak upgrade vista home basic (vista OEM Dell ) ke vista ultimate (biskut tawar), telah berlaku kesilapan semasa saya buka dari DVD tu entah macam mana saya terklik pada biskut tawar dan ia install dan reboot, lepas ia reboot dia minta no serial no. balik vista home basic (vista OEM Dell ). saya masukan no serial yang terpapar pada stiker yang ada casing tu. tetapi dia vista mintak activate melalui internet. masalahnya rumah saya tak ada internet.macam mana kaedah terbaik untuk selesaikan masalah ini.
