Approvals from the Ministry of Education, Fire Departments, Local Council (Bandaraya), SSM are needed. There are several rules that need to be observed. First of all, tuition centre must be located in a shoplots with good environment. Secondly, emergency exits is required should the centre not located in ground floor. Thirdly, for day care centre or tadika, it must located in corner lot, semi-D, Banglos. It's advisable to get professional advice and help from runners.
