mrbr_2001 0 Report post Posted November 16, 2006 Aku nyer pengalaman ngan cust care streamyx lg banyak gilerAlmaklum laa company aku kerja ada 20 talian streamyx. dalam sebulan mesti 3,4 kali aku kena call depa...Memula tu mmg tesen giler... 1 problem streamyx aku kena call depa sampai 5,6 kali. siap dah bleh hafal lepas nie dier tanya aper, lagu aper yang kluar lepas tu ,aper step2 dier. "Anda aksi dan berita,.... dapatkan broadband"tp skrg nie bile die tanya 1soalan, terus aku bg jwpn utk 10soalan berikutnye yang dier nak tanya(Maklumlah dh berbillion kali tpon), lepas tu terus bleh wat report. Kalo dlu nak wat 1 report pun bleh membuat aku jd giler. tetapi skrg x lagi.wawawawatp mmg lee streamyx nie suck, x mcm time.dot.com n jaring. Pasal company aku pun pakai service time n jaring gak. DukunX 0 Report post Posted November 17, 2006 emm...dlm paper hari nie dlm berita harian ade cerita pasal tmnet. nie pasal customer pulak. customer tu komplain biasalah tu. dia guna pakej rm 44 tanpa modem. lepas tu bila technician tmnet dtg tgk2 modem dia sekali tu rosak daa. mcm mana tu. customer pun kalo nak mengadu belajor2 lah sikit pasal brg2 internet nie. modem sendiri beli yg rosak kata tmnet problem wuahaha.p/s:itu yg tmnet bagi jawapan mungkin dia nak cover. tapi kalo betul2 berlaku hehe.... adnan_tdd 4 Report post Posted November 17, 2006 sebab streamyx ni banyak masalahlah, tindakan drastik Tun Dr Mahathir semasa menjadi PM, mengurangkan harga sehingga 40% semasa pembentangan belanjawan 2005 dan tindakan TMNET pula ialah mengupgred packet 384kbps ke 512kbps, 512kbps ke 1mbps dan seterusnya tetapi mengekalkan harga bayaran untuk pelanggan. FryShadow 90 Report post Posted November 18, 2006 yang free 1-800 jer 1-300 kena charge rasanye..kat opis ako dulu hari2 call tmnet reason sbb session hang padahal ako dah disconnect dah masa ttp pc..kalau malas call dah tgh ari baru laaa bleh connect balik..kalau call asik bz je manjang takde staff la hape la... dah tau byk customer satu malaysia letak le byk sket support staff...ni yg nk ngadu kat tv3 ni ngeh3sape tak tahan jom kita g tv3 wat aduan...
