Saya nak tanya, adakah Putera.com band terhadap sesuatu IP address? Di sini, saya pelanggan Dynamic IP, jadi apabila saya dial dan dapat IP address 110.159.xxx.xxx dan 175.144.xxx.xxx, pasti saya tak akan dapat akses Putera.com kerana ada mslh IP, sedangkan IP tersebut adalah drpd ISP Telekom Malaysia Berhad. Jika IP saya 115.132.xxx.xxx, 115.133.xxx.xxx, 115.134.xxx.xxx dan 115.135.xxx.xxx ianya tiada mslh utk akses Putera.com.

Terima kasih kpd pihak Putera.com kerana telah menyelesaikan masalah ini. Sekarang, kepada sesiapa yg IP Addressnya 110.159.xxx.xxx atau 175.144.xxx.xxx telah boleh mengakses laman web Putera.com.
