Akumz,

Nak mintak solution.....Norton Found Virus "Trojan.StartPage" Object Name: iexplorer.exe

Action taken : Unable to repair this file.

Access to the file was denied.

Camana nak solve problem nie...sebab popup alert tue takleh nak close...pastu everytime log in windows...popup nie appears... help me plzz!!

kalau die sentiasa pop-up masa login windows..kau pegi

start>run>type msconfig. pastuh pegi tab startup....pastuh kau uncheckkan/disablekan yg popping tuh...

berkaitan dgn IE kau tuh...aku rase better install IE yg baru...or other alternative kau pakai browser lain jea....like's mozilla or opera

sama la tu, semua tu refer ke binary untuk Internet Explorer. sure ke? how positive? dah try online scan like http://housecall.trendmicro.com ?

ni mukin ada kaitan ngan spywhere.. cuba install ad-aware pastuh buat full scan.

aku dulu pernah jumpa problem iexplore ni! masalahnya program ni auto boot bila kita boot windows... dan takleh nak configure dlm msconfig/startup... dulu aku pernah tanya dlm forum yg sama tapi tak dpt jawapan yg memuaskan!

disebabkan time tu aku tak guna antivirus, so takdelah dia detect apa2... cuma dulu aku problem dgn auto connect...

-aku pun rasa ni spyware... err tak pastila^_^.

aku dah format windows sebab tu problem ni aku tak amik kisah lagi pastu... so sesapa yg ada cadangan, baik bgtahu sekarang!...

Ko boleh try 2 cara:

1) Boot ke safe mode dan run antivirus atau spyware

2) Dapatkan dos punya antivirus dan boot guna disket/cd yg ada antivirus ni dan run.

ex: f-prot antivirus

kalau tak pun ko download ultimate boot cd yg dah ada benda ni:

kekadang tu bukan iexplore.exe yang sebenar. mungkin ko pegi website "lucah" ka atau free picture hosting ke apa ke yang dia suruh ko download "activex" atau apa2 jenis plugin. pastu dia bawak menatang tu masuk, pastu dia auto execute masa startup. bukak msconfig, tengok kat mana dia start, kalau registry ke, bukak registry, pastu delete samada dari HKCU atau HKLM. kalau dari startup, tengok la kat startup. pastu (kalau ko guna win2k/winxp) bukak taskmanager, pastu kill process iexplore.exe tu (pastikan ko tutup semua browser IE). kalau windows98, ko kena restart pc tu, pastu masuk balik. search file iexplore.exe, kalau file tu terletak kat tempat selain dari X:\Program files\Internet Explorer maka anda perlu delete.

first download spybot. http://www.safer-networking.org/en/index.html

download, UPDATE, pastu scan. fix, pastu restart. pastu scan balik, takut2 ade problem balik. kalau problem tu asyik kluar balik, pegi terus ke step hijackthis kat bawah.

lepas dah update semua, bukak balik spybot. pegi menu mode>advanced mode. kat menu kiri, pegi tools. checkkan semua, so semua setting boleh kite set.

then kat menu kiri, pegi spybot>immunize. klik immunize, dan klik enable permanent blocking of bad addresses... dan block all pages silently.

pastu gi Tools>IE Tweaks. lock hosts file. kalo nak lock IE start page pon elok gak.

pastu gi Tools>Hosts file. add spybot hosts file.

pastu gi Tools>Resident. Checkkan option SDHelper.

then pegi download hijackthis.

create new folder bernama hijackthis dan download ke folder tuh.

lepas download, ko run program tu. pastu scan, pastu save log. save log ke desktop, pastu bukak log gune notepad kalo log tu tak di-auto-bukak lepas ko save. copy dan paste SEMUA isi kandungan log tu ke sini.
