Support large scale IT project management, in organizing, conducting and tracking project activities including those related to business and technical users. Be responsible to the Program/Project Manager on assigned scope and ensure on time quality delivery.

Responsibilities:
Coordinate and facilitate Change Management process for the Projects
Coordinate plans and track progress of IT teams, on deliverables, costs, schedule, inter-team/project dependencies, risks and issues
Facilitate and coordinate plans and track progress with business users, including but not limited to process revision, user documentation and training
Organize and support business and IT stakeholders communication
Implement program governance process under the charter of PMO, such as project financial management, vendor management and change control management, project communication management
Support Project Director and PMO Lead in administrative activities of the projects
Ensure deliverables responsible for are in compliance with bank policies and regulatory requirements

Must Have:
Able to work in a demanding environment with poise and able to think logically and work independently
In depth technical knowledge with good software engineering practice
Experience in web application projects
Possess a good degree in IT or equivalent
At least 2 years experience in IT project management with at least 3 years software development experience
Knowledge of Project Management tools; Microsoft Project / Visio

Nice to have:
· Basic core banking domain knowledge is a plus
· Advantage to have business domain knowledge in any of the business or ERP applications suites
· OOP – PHP / JAVA hands on programming skills
· PMP, PRINCE2 knowledge and experience
· SCRUM / Agile Development knowledge and experience
· CMMI, Six-Sigma knowledge experience
