Objective Course of Study Accounting Business Administration Acturial Science Social Science Computer Science Marketing Insurance Law Mathematics Economics Value of Award Public Universities- Maximum RM6,000 p.a for academic fees or the sum as determined by the university, whichever is lower and RM3,600 for living allowance.Private Universities- Maximum RM9,000 p.a for academic fees or the sum as determined by the university, whichever is lower and RM3,600 for living allowance. Requirements / Qualification / Eligibility These scholarships are tenable for the minimum period required by the recipients to complete the course RequirementsApplicant must be :Be below 22 years of age as of 1 January 2005. Possess good academic results in STPM or it equivalent and active in the sports and extra curricular activities. Be able to gain admissions to the local public or private universities for approved courses of study. Applicants to be considered from local private universities must have completed their matriculation or the first year in their degree programme.Provisional offer of scholarship will be made subject to the confirmation of acceptance by the above mentioned educational institutions.Condition of AwardAward holders must not be bonded to or holding any other scholarship or receiving financial assistance from any other educational institutions or organizations. Award holders will be required to enter into a 3 year bond with Great Eastern immediately upon successful completion of their course Remarks ApplicationStudents who meet the above requirements can apply online to www.scholarship.com.my not later that 31 May 2005.
