Sabar 0 Report post Posted October 21, 2006 (edited) ya.... masa saya kena pun saya call 1300889515 tu dia kata talian saya masih onsedangkan saya dah tutup modem tu....sebab tu tak boleh masuk internet......setakat ni masih ok lagi... tapi tak tahu berapa lama boleh tahan.....yang pasti masalah streamyx ni pasti menjelma... waffenss 0 Report post Posted December 17, 2006 a`kum ...selongkar ..baru jumpe threads ni..(malas bukak thread baru nanti kena bambu )...saya ade problem..baru install modems (billion) Streamyx pakej rm 77 1mb..dulu gune username & password baru boleh connect internet (2 hari je gune)...pastu ade problem error 678..call tmnet buat troubleshoot tak leh..technician datang chk pun tak leh buat..pastu tu tech tu suruh saya call tmnet chk dislamp ?..tech tmnet cakap nanti dia chk...dah 2 miggu tak dapat gune internet pasal problem ni ..tetiba bleh gune lak..tapi tak payah gune username & password..itupun terperasan antivirus tetibe update automatik..baru leh gune internet..pastu problem balik(walaupun lampu kat modem adsl,lan nyala)..gune system restore baru leh..itupun ikut nasib..krang penah kena cam ni ker? aku gune xp profesional..satu lagi tech tu cakap mungkin pasal motherboard aku problem pasal gune amd ?mungkin power suplly?mungkin pasal network setting kot..mintak tolong pasal aku tak expert pasal networking ni ..
