Windows 2000 Tak Leh Shut Down

Assalamualaikum..

I ader satu PC ni..

*Dell PowerEdge 1300

*Windows 2000

Bila I shut down, dia x shut down.. Tp dia keluar msg "It is safe to turn off your computer".. Mcm2 I dah wat.. Tp x leh gak..

Skg ni, problem besar dia, NT Apm/Legacy Interface Node x leh load.. I dah enable APM support.. Still x leh shut down..

Ape yg perlu dibuat lagi ek?

Kene tuka power supply kalo nak auto off dan pc kamu mmg selamat di Off "It is safe to turn off your computer" mesej nih membuktikan mechine kamu selamat di Off + Unplug dan tgk reply seterusnyer

tukar PSU. tu je solution. beli yg boleh 'auto shutdown'. aku terlupe lak istilah dier.....

so adakah yg anda beli tue dengan Windows NT 4.0, kemudian upgrade Windows 2000 -> baru ada masalah?

or memang beli dengan Windows 2000 -> baru saja ada masalah?

or memang selama nie macam tue, tak boleh power-down?

Cuba check dalam Device Manager -> Show Hidden Hidden Device

Check under NT Apm/Legacy Support

kalau ada error install balik or update sajalah

... susah nak cari comp yg ada windows 2000

pasal cadangan nak tukar kepada ATX power supply tue macam tak kena, perlu check dulu

sebab connector untuk power dalam manual tak sama pun untuk ATX form factor

To completely remove all power from the system, unplug the AC power cable from its source.
