Hi there. I think your problem is quite simple to solve.

Step 1 - check you CPU fsb. Something wrong there. Look for the manual for your MOBO and locate the Jumper setting or bios setting that can set the FSB to 133.

Step 2 - Remove any Hardware Monitoring Software. Try Speed Fan. It's much more better than ASUS PC PROBE.

Step 3 - Make sure that your have the latest Driver and DirectX.

Step 4 - Set The Game Details to LOW. I repeat LOW. I recommend that because that GC don't support PIXEL SHADER.

Step 5 - Pray to GOD and enjoy the game as I did.
