    Technical Assistant

    (Kuala Lumpur - Cyberjaya, Bukit Jelutong, Seberang Jaya, Kuantan, Kota Kinabalu, Kuching, Johor Bharu)

    Responsibilities:

    -To support and execute the tasks given by the Departmental Manager

    -To support the service team

    -To support the engineers in providing the fast and accurate information (verying problem and providing solution)

    -To work hand in hand on daily service matters

    Requirements:

    -Vacancies available in Cyberjaya (10 posts), Bukit Jelutong (15 posts), Kota Kinabalu (5 posts), Kuching (5 posts), Kuantan (5 posts), Johor Bharu (5 posts), Seberang Perai (5 posts)

    -Minimum Diploma in Telecommunication / Electronic / Electrical / Mechanical Engineering

    -Able to work with minimal supervision

    -Possess good interpersonal qualities and people skills

    -Good technical knowledge and experience in telecommunication works

    -PC knowledge and Windows software application (WORD,EXCEL,Others) would be added advantage

    -Candidates should be Malaysian citizens

    Responsibilities:

    • Assisting the management of numbering assignment

    • Manage departmental filing

    • Coordinate programme/activities for NPD

    • Site visits

    • Looking after all incoming and outgoing correspondence for NPD

    • Follow up with all incoming calls

    • Assist in meetings preparation

    hah...dah setle...masalah dia cam ni..hari pertama dan kedua..line adsl sumer ok..stabil je..tp langsung x leh naik tenet...waiting for respon sampai bila pun xtau le...hari ketiga dan keempat lampu adl langsung x nyala....itulah masalah yg sebenarnya...bila buat report,sorang operator kata line ok..pstu fon lg..srg lg operator ckp line mmg ade masalah...pastu call lg srg operator ckp line dah ok (tp still xleh naik tenet lampu adsl masihj xnyala)..then baru la dia bg no repot nie..adeh...streamyx oh streamyx....

    Masalah Straemyx tak habis habis!!

    Ada pakai streamyx sebelum ini dan semuanya ok tapi berehat kijap pakai internet di rumah :rolleyes:

    After a few month tak pakai internet di rumah dan tiba masanya nak pakai balik timbul pula masalah ini.

    Lampu Ethernet - Not blingking [steady]

    Lampu DSL yg langsung tak menyala.

    Aku dah call center, mereka kata everything 'OK' Aku dah cuba tukar dengan Modem yg lain sebab aku ada 2 modem, Lan kad pun dah coba tukar sebab aku ada 2 juga, RJ cable, wire talipn pun dah tukar dan tak guna splitter langsung tapi still no luck.

    Boleh masuk dekat router http://192.168.1.1, tapi bila click connect tak boleh.

    Tak kan masalah wire talipon pula, sebab line talipon steady je.

    BTW modem aku guna ini Aztech 600EU

    Dah hampir buntu aku dibuatnya :lol:

    masalah ko sama la ngn aku..aku dah 4 hari xleh online....rugi bil bulan nie...&#@$%%^ tmnet...bila call center kata ok..tp cam #$^%^%.....igt nak bako je menara tm tu....bangang punya tm........@$$%$%^

    Kepada ssiapa yg tlah join mende nie....Pernahkan korg dapat payment die....Aku blum dapat aper2 payment lagi stakat nie...So...aku nak tanya mcm mane nga payment die..ok ker...atau x bayar....

    errr...bukan tm bodo...kadang2 kita tak berapa pandai nak tanya soalan kat depa...hehehe...

    ok i dah pm u solution tadi...anyway i ulang la...

    jumpering utk line u dah done 5/6/07...

    pasang modem u kat phone...preferably direct, cabut phone dulu...tgk lampu dsl, make sure dah nyala tak blinking (stabil)...kalau dah stabil, call 03-26870111 utk activate, mintak user id dan password dgn dia...mungkin user id ada dlm registration slip u tu...

    i tak berani nak kasi password sebab u tak verify ic no...

    dah mcm2 soalan i tny dia smlm...boleh ckp tiap2 minggu i turun g tm...tp jawapan still sama..

    err...ape kene ngene kompleks mahkahmah dgn telekom?ahaks...anyway dia bukan jarak fizikal...dia jarak cabel...kalau cabel tu pusing jauh maka jauh la jarak, walaupun fizikal cuma sebelah menyebelah...

    ooo..itu macam ke..hheheh.tp kalu dr segi fizikal mmg pelek la..coz nak kata umah saya kawasan solok jauh sekali la..misal kata la,jiran2 tedekat ngn sy nak apply stemyx gak,leh ke telekom buat sesuatu..
