nsdin 0 Report post Posted March 2, 2005 Kalo ikut apa yg ko cerita kat atas...........dia baca dari XF86config.Sebenarnya xorg.conf cuma symbolic link kepada XF86Config.Mandrake, suse, redhat memang tak baca dari XF86Config-4 tapi baca dari XF86Config.Tapi masalahnya......Ati perlukan XF86Config-4 untuk baca driver dia.Lepas ko install driver dia........ko run : fglrxconfigDAri utility tu ko boleh generate XF86Config-4.Lepas tu ko run ni untuk copy apa yg fglrxconfig set pada XF86Config-4 ke XF86Config supaya boleh digunakan oleh Mandrake.....make sure ko backup dulu XF86Config yg asal..........cd /etc/X11/touch XF86Configcat XF86Config-4 > XF86Config ←aku dah ikut cara ni , berjaya . aku ada masaalah baru hard disk space tak cukup nak install game.tima kasih oshiri. oshiri 0 Report post Posted March 2, 2005 (edited) Biasanya..........kalo ko guna package manager.........dia akan simpan apa yg ko download tu....walaupun ko dah install.Macam dalam debian..........dian simpan dalam var/cache/apt/archives.Dalam mandrake aku tak tau la dia simpan kat mana...........ko godek dan carilah....dalam /var/cache tu.....mungkin ada.Delete semua file rpm tu. oshiri 0 Report post Posted March 2, 2005 Cara lain ko boleh install nvidia driver.............guna kernel eksperiment kanotix:http://kanotix.the-digit.de/kernel-2.6.11-kanotix-3.zipKernel ni datang sekali dengan headers dia.Lepas download ko ekstrak dan install:install-kernel-kanotix.shSiap install.............ko reboot........dan guna kernel ni untuk boot.Lepas tu ko download driver nvidia dari site dia :http://download.nvidia.com/XFree86/Linux-x...0-6629-pkg1.runLepas tu ko keluar dari X:<ctrl><alt><backspace>Dalam kdm tu ko pilih untuk log ke konsole.KO install driver tu:sh NVIDIA-Linux-x86-1.0-6629-pkg1.runDah selesai install.........guna apa editor...mc pon boleh.....ko edit : etc/X11/XF86Config-4Ko ubah yg ini:Drivers SectionGanti "nv" dengan "nvidia"Modules SectionGanti atau comment out line"dri" dan "GLCore"Make sure line Load "glx" ada.Lepas tu ko startx.
