polyfuze_4336 0 Report post Posted January 21, 2006 cat5 max = 100 metercat6 max = 100 meterperbezaan antara cat5 ngan cat6 is the shielding..cat5 will be unshielded or shielded in each of the four twisted pairmanakala cat6 is shielded in each wire..so there you go. shymz 0 Report post Posted February 3, 2006 aie.....ada beza aaarrr....... rasanya cat6 tuh jauh lagi. logically, of course shielded tuh jauh lagi max length dier....... cat5 tu lama punya...skrang byk guna cat6......cat7....... saya pernah guna cat5......sambung tak sampai 100m pon, signal tak sampai tapi connected......tukar pkai cat6.....ok..... signal sampai......so, conclusionnya.....sendiri pandai....dah cukup besar...cukup berat nak buat decision.....oppsssss.....ada org sensitif hal berat2 nih!
