Sekarang ni aku keje sbg Sys Admin, jaga server GNU/Linux dan Windows. Kat sini cuma ada Nagios je utk monitor semua server tu.
Masalahnye sekarang ni Nagios cuma bagi basic info dan x menepati kehendak mgmt. Aku blom ada masa nak godak2 lagi setting dia...
Antara tugas harian aku, check hdd usage,cpu,ram,services, physical server check, dll...
Apa yg aku perlukan adalah;
- tools/software yang boleh bantu utk check hdd, ram, cpu [u]utilization[/u].
- Boleh generate report dan graf utk daily, weekly, monthly dan mungkin jugak yearly.
- tools utk monitor server(dashboard) - summary
- tools utk monitor linux dan windows services. utk windows aku dah dapat yg free(www.manageengine.com/free-windows-service-monitor/free-windows-service-monitor-index.html). Utk linux belum lagi.
Software tu x semestinya all-in-one. Boleh jadi utk monitor server windows shj, atau linux shj. Ataupun software utk monitor shj, report guna software lain...
Buat masa ni aku perlu remote satu persatu desktop utk check mende2 nih.. Kat sini ada 20 lebih server+NAS storage.. huhuhu...
lebih kurang mcm tu la..
Kalau korang pernah guna mana software yang berkenaan, tolong la kongsikan ye. atau kalo korang ada member keje sys admin ke..
Kalau ada utk pc pun share la jugak nanti aku test sendiri..
