Windows Explorer Has Stopped Working

Assalamualaikum dan Salam Sejahtera,

Mohon bantuan dan sokongan sahabat,saya dah cuba tp masih x berjaya utk settlekn masalah ni,

 

Lappy : Asus A43S Series

OS :Windows 7 Core i3

 

 

 

 

Method yg dah dicuba

1) Restore,nak restore ke Bulan 2,tp dlm list xde?knp ya?(sebab yakin bulan 2 xde masalah)nothing klo select pada masa dan tarikh dibawah.Ada cara nk select / find out blk?

 

2) Dh cuba System File Checker,(Found corrupted file,unable to fix)

 

3) Windows & driver is updated.

 

4) Sj masuk safe mode,cuba tekan tekan folfer,ya masih come out this error.

kalau bro pernah buat system image boleh cuba recover atau restore last point save mas amasalah ni tak berlaku

mne2 folder jd camtu ke atau folder ttentu je?
lbih tertarik kpd gambo ke 3..failed to internally open package

 

kdg2 replace file explorer.exe dri pc lain/installation disk yg ok, bleh solve prob ni

buat scandisk takut file corrupt sbb bad sector dlm hdd.
