Distribution Group In Ms Exchange Limitation

Recommended Posts

Assalamualaikum & hello all.

User's requirement:

Limitation of Ms Exchange:

Plz advice. TQ.

Ok. Case solved. Caranya begini:

1) Buat email di email hosting, contoh: [email protected]

2) Buat email yg sama di Exchange Server (Exchange Management Console) di company tersebut (utk ini, my colleague dah set or mmg by default kot akan create user di Active Directory jugak)

3) Utk email yg selain test.com maknanya external email lah tu), contoh gmail.com, yahoo.com, etc Pastu add email tersebut, contohnya [email protected] under New Mail Contact...pilih OU yg berkenaan buatler utk beberapa email lain jika ada.

4) Pastu under Recipient Configuration, Distribution group, buat satu email dummy (new Distribution Group) bernama [email protected] masuk settings dia search dan add email semua email termasuk yg test.com dan yg external (akan ada sebab step 3 kita dah buat)

5) lepas tu. Under Mailbox..carik [email protected] carik settings forwarding ke [email protected] dot local, sebab dah dalam domain...mmg akan displayed as [email protected]. Then carik settings utk authentication dan uncheck...If tak buat ni, mmg org takbleh email ke [email protected]

7) So maknanya bila anybody email ke [email protected], maka akan terforwardlah email tersebut kepada semua email yg terlibat (as members) di bawah [email protected]

Penerangan:

Or...just guna webmail sajalah.

Harap maklum..jika ada apa2 salah silap harap dpt diperbetul..but so far mmg jadik.  Edited by parangjiwa_1

last aku try boleh je buat global distribution list dengan member domain luar

petikan dari http://social.technet.microsoft.com/Forums/exchange/en-US/e55baffd-d407-44e7-914e-71617735dc14/create-distribution-list-with-non-domain-users

1- Create one OU included all the mail contacts.

2- Go to distribution Group, and follow this way to add and remove contacts from distribution group:

Open EMC->Recipient Configuration->Modify Recipient Scope->Choose view all recipients in forest->OK

Then you can go to Distribution Group properties->Members->Add (you can add the contacts to distribution group).
