Recommended Posts

Assalamualaikum n good day to all. I try to be brief.

Situasi:

Plz advice y'all. TQ.

Wsalam...

* xbleh connect tu maksudnye mcmane? x jumpe atau xde driver?

Dah cuba view kat explorer?

kat address bar tu taip \\namaserver\namaprinter tgk windows jumpe ke x printer tu. Kalo jumpe try double klik utk install printer tu.

Kalau masalah driver, download dr website hp utk win 7 64 bit. - T610

atau

install dulu driver, pastu baru explore printer tu Edited by dans kam

mmg bleh view printer tu...tpi biler kita cuba connect dier akan kluar error 0x00000007e (+- la error code dier)...lain2 seperti yg saya nyatakan kat atas.

baru2 ni saya dah cuber install driver yg anda gtau tuh kt PC yg mau connect ke shared plotter printer tuh...pastu saya just ikut steps dia..then....mmg leh nampak printer tu dalam shared printers dalam PC kita..tp takleh print....kat printer queuing tu dia akan tulis "error" utk apa2 document yg saya cuba print...huhuhuhh...sory saya kat luar ni...if sempat nnt saya tunjuk screen shots probs tuh.. TQ..

Try je install SP1 dulu, kalo xleh baru QFE, sebab cuma satu pc ni je pun yg error..

Kalau xleh gak leh try main kat registry mcm post Allan Morris kat technet nih,
I consulted with an HP print driver developer, he was the one who suggested deleting the key. That was in 2005. It has not caused a problem since.
The hot fix corrects an issue when the print driver changes the default file location and the spooler does not reset and loses track of where the next file is. The issue you are hitting is a setting on the printer that points to a 32bit version of a driver file which the 64 client bit machine (your client should be 64 bit) will not download.
HP does not setup the pointer to the file when installing the printer using the 64bit version of the driver on the server so they have addressed this when installing the printer on 64bit.
The reg key on the machine sharing the printer is
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Print\Printers\PRINTERNAME\CopyFiles\BIDI
there will be an entry for spool\DRIVERS\W32X86\3\hpcpn6de.dll which you can delete so the clients can connect.
