serabut@bila@buat@silap 0 Report post Posted May 13, 2012 Baru2 ni sy ada install kaspersky antivirus kt komputer (Windows XP), but then bila sy connect drive pd pc, antivirus akn automatically scan drive tu, hbes scan ANTIVIRUS DETECT TROJAN dan hapuskan trojan pastu boleh view data dalam drive tapi data tu takda.. Contohnya, memory card camera, lepas scan antivirus trus data tu hilang, tapi bila view dalam camera ada je gambar2 tu.. Macam mana nak dapatkan balik data2 tu? And macam mana nak backups files? saya tak berapa reti.. Perkara yang sama terjadi bila connect pendrive.. Ada tu dah malfunction dah pendrive sy, dan terpaksa reformat.. Tolong.. Anyone? hafizamrepair 13 Report post Posted May 16, 2012 (edited) Salam, rasanya file masih ada, tapi hidden .Awal tahun 2012 dulu , famous virus shortcut, virus tu akan menyebabkan semua file dengan folder yang infected jadi shortcut dan file dengan folder asal jadi hidden File . Kalau masalah macam tu, dah kena virus shorcut.File tak hilang cuma dah jadi hidden file.Cuba trycara ni kalau nak nampak file asal. 1. Control Panel 2. folder option ->view 3. show hidden file -> select 4. hide protected operating system -> untick option tu 5. apply Tapi sebaiknya scan dulu,dan jika tak dapat masuk ke setting folder option, boleh cuba guna smadav antivirus [url="http://www.viruslokal.com/"]http://www.viruslokal.com/ [/url] Free dan kecil je, antivirus ni.Agak berguna untuk mengawal masalah shortcut virus.
