Sistem Kewangan Mengunakan Ms Access 2007

Salam semua,

Sistem saya sekarang ada 1 table....

Yang mengandungi id,nama,tarikh,masa,debit,kredit dan baki

Debit=duit masuk
Kredit=duit keluar

Contoh la baki akaun pejabat ada RM1000,jadi kalau user key in debit = Rm200 secara otomatik baki pejabat akan tambah RM 1200...betul?

Kalau user key in kredit = Rm100 jadi baki pejabat akan tinggal RM1100...betul??

Persoalanya,kalau ada table lain,link kepada table akaun pejabat... Bagaimana saya hendak membaca baki untuk rekod yang akhir??

Perlu pakai Dlookup ke?

p/s: Biasa kalau sistem kewangan dan pengurusan pelanggan nie buleh jual bape eh?

RM 1000 ok ke?
