Psu Yg Sesuai?

Salam.
ku ader mslh skit.
ku baru setup system amd baru dgn menggunakan psu lama ku yg bercap ayam (PowerLogic 450W).
antara hardware yg ku gune :
1. Mobo Asus M2N68-AM Link
2. AMD X2 5000 (2.6ghz)
3. Liteon Dvdrw
4. Maxtor Ide 80gb
5. KVR800 2gb

smlm ku on mcm bese ok jer.boleh on n restart banyak kali tanpa sebarang masalah.
tp hr nie bile ku tambah hardware :
1. Samsung Floppy A (cadangnyer nak letak driver sata.nk try install xp kat sata )
2. Maxtor Sata 80gb

dia ada mslh lak.
bile masuk windows jer,dia hang jap,pastu ku dengar hd stop.
pastu dia reboot.
bila ku cabut salah satu hardware yg baru ku pasang tu,windows boleh load mcm bese.

so,persoalan ku disini :
1. adakah PSU ku nie xcukup power utk seme hardware?
2. atau ada sbb2 lain?
3. klo betul PSU ku yg xcukup power,ku perlu beli PSU baru. so,mcm mana ku nk kira power yg hardware2 ni pakai?
4. pd PSU Power Logic nie dia tulis Max/Peak Power=450W dan Pure/Real Power=225W. apa yg dimaksudkan dgn Max/Peak Power dan Pure/Real Power

*antara hardware2 lain yg akan ku pasang
-TDK Cdrw
-Seagate Sata 320gb

minta nasihat otai2 seme.
klo ader sumber2 lain yg boleh ku baca sbg rujukan,sila kongsi link yer.

apa yg dimaksudkan dgn Max/Peak Power dan Pure/Real Power

true power = continous stable power mengikut rating watt psu tu

peak power = bukan continous , dia amik "puncak"@peak watt tertinggi psu tu time dia test kat kilang .

so kat situ ko boleh select current hardware yg ada, dan boleh masukkan sekali future hardware yg ko cadang nak beli & tambah kat pc tu.

so last sekali ko kena letak berapa % psu capsitor aging
aging ni maknanya dgn andaian ko on pc 24jam, brp lama psu tu boleh bertahan, kalau utk 1 tahun letak 10-20%, kalau nak lebih 1 tahun letak la dlm 30%. Tp jgn tamak nak letak tinggi % tu, sbb mkn tinggi % aging, makin besar watt dia kira nanti. ko letak je dlm 20 - 30%, ni sekadar anggaran.

so dh dapat jumlah watt ko perlukan, beli trs PSU yg dpt tampung keperluan h/ware sekarang, dgn akan datang yg ko cadang nak tambah.

utk proc,ku xtau yg mana satu.dia ader dua nama satu windsor n satu lg brisbane.ku letak windsor jer.xtau la btul ke x.

pastu Cold Cathodes nie utk apa?

ikut calculator tu,watt yg direkemenkan adalah 368W.

persoalan ku:
1. klo nak beli psu,nak tgk pd Max/Peak Power atau Pure/Real Power ? sbb klo ikut Max/Peak Power psu Power Logic lama tu 450W.

beli ikut real/pure/true rating dia , jangan beli yang max/peak power nyer psu . Power logic tu tak silap aku semua ikut rating peak power jek ,baik beli baru yang betul true/real/pure power nyer . Tapi aku tengok spec ko tu tak la berat sangat patut kalau pakai cap ayam sekali pun lepas nyer ..

Nk senang carik jer ape² brand yg ader 80+ certified PSU. Yang ni confirm Real Power PSU. Normally 80+ PSU mmg kena invest sket la duit biggrin.gif

p/s: 80+ PSU means >80% Efficiency

beli ikut pure/real power.
kalau utk pc ko tu, kalau nak beli yg ok skt dr cap ayam, ambik cooler master xtreme pun ok (tp still bukan pure/real power)

kalau nak yg murah n realiable, ambik silverstone strider 400W, rm165 jer harga skarang, dulu rm2++

PSU cap ayam pun not bad, cuma tak brp stable je kalau pc tu selalu load 100%
aku kat ofis ni ada satu pc amd athlox xp 2000+/mobo ga-7va, run 24jam utk jadikan firewall server, pakai psu cap ayam, dlm 5 thn 2x tukar PSU (tukar pun bkn sbb rosak, tp sbb fan bising + ada bunyi yg tak sedap di dengar)

selain tu boleh katakan 99.9% pc kat ofis aku pakai PSU cap ayam biggrin.gif
dlm setahun 0.01% jer kes pc rosak sbb PSU kong. Tp paham2 la spec pc office basic jer, pakai 8jam/day. Edited by sawi

bkn 100%?
apa efek klo x sampai 80%?

kalau PSU yg takde pengiktirafan 80% Efficiency, kita taktau berapa banyak sebenarnya tenaga elektrik hilang as heat & lain2. Kalau pc pakai 300W, power sebenar yg ditarik dari plug kat dinding tu maybe sekitar 400W. So 100W hilang dalam perjalanan.

dan belum ada syarikat dapat beri jaminan 100% Efficiency. Sbb kejadian satu2 tenaga hilang/terbebas dalam perjalan mmg satu benda yg berlaku secara semulajadi.

sama mcm network. Kalau guna cable yg terlalu panjang, latency akan meningkat.

rasenya kurang tepat la tu Bro..ape yg aku paham

efficiency ni...tahap kebolehan PSU tu gune watt utk hasilkan watt yg sama..berbelit la pulak..contoh die laa (bukan nilai yg tepat..sekadar utk paham jerk)

kalau 100 % (so far memang tak penah jumpe pun) : utk hasilkan output 500W = input die pun 500W jgk

kalau 80% : output 500W = input 600W

kalau 70 % : output 500W = input 650W

so lagi tinggi tahap efficiency PSU tu, lagi bagus la sbb jimat letrik. benda ni takde kaitan dgn output voltage / watt. bukan kate kalau 80%. So kalau psu tu tulis 500W, power die cume 400W jerk. Benda ni takkan berlaku utk TRUE POWER power supply..betul output die takkan jadik 500W..mungkin 480W camtu..tapi takde la sampai 400W

sorry sbb aku nak tanya soalan agak banggang

aku plan nak tukar PSU aku..soalan aku, bole confirm ke masuk PSU tu kat casing aku skrg?kalu bole aku taknaklah tukar casing.taknak kantoi ngan org rumah.
tp aku tgk kebykan casing lbh kurang je lebar diameter nya..
yelah kan..beli2 nanti..tak muat lak..dah jadi kes lain lak

melainkan PC @ casing anda tu adalah dari jenama komputer branded (acer, HP, DELL dll)
no problem utk tukar PSU...

melainkan nak pki CORSAIR HX1000 (harga RM1k++), tu wajib tukar yg besar sbb saiz PSU dier pon besar...
dan mana2 1kilo watt PSU yg setaraf dengan model corsair tdi~
