aku explain skali lagi hehe....

duduk postur mcm nak pumping...biasa pumping kita guna tapak tgn/palm kan.....
ok skrg...guna lengan(dari siku sampai kat jari) untuk tahan/hold.....xyah buat mcm pumping..cuma hold jer

buat braper korang leh tahan..1 minit ker..
lepas korang buat 1 minit or less..korang leh tgk sendri kat abs korang tu..dia akan jadi keras and nampak visible pack(depends on person biggrin.gif)..
lama2 korang leh rasa and nampak 6 pack tu......buat dlm 3-5 kali sehari...1 sesi 1 minit....tu plg minimum...kalau xleh tahan 30 saat jadi lar....

nie senaman paling ringkas dan seswai utk korang yg malas pergi kat GYM

senaman ni aku blajar dari budak2 rumah sewa aku.... Edited by Batista
