Beli Win Xp Coa 2nd Hand.boleh Ker?

aku xder pengalaman dlm beli2 windows original nie.

baru2 nie ader sorang forumer offer nak jual win xp coa(certificate of authorization) dia kat aku.kirenyer 2nd hand la.

so,nak minta pendapat seme la.

boleh ker product microsoft nie kite beli 2nd hand?

sbb aku dngar,ader yg kata skali dah beli,xleh jual kat org lain.betul ker?

yg dia nak jual nie juz sticker win xp jer.xder booklet or cd.

aku nak berjinak2 pakai yg ori punyer,tp xmampu nak beli yg first hand.nie dh ader org offer 2nd hand,ingat nak sambar jer.

so,apa pendapat korang?

Cd lanun pun takpe sebenarnya...Yang menjadikan dia Ori adalah product key tu..

Sbb tu dia cakap 2hand kot pasal dia just bagi key je...

kalau retail ok je walau second..oem,nk activate 2 rasanya pun dah tak susah.aku ada gak install banyak PC guna satu serial OEM je

beli yg second hand sama la juga cam beli yg lanun... satu cd satu pc aje.... kecuali hang beli komputer ori macam dell ke acer... mana mana cd restore akan di akui ori oleh microsoft... boleh update... kalau clone punya komputer dan cd lanun punya, hang disable aje kat menu update tu

oem-1 license intuk 1 machine

retail-1 license tak kesah berapa machine,selagi 1 installation pada satu masa.

dalam kata lain...

kalau dah install guna lesen oem,takleh install kat komputer lain,kalau install jugak,activation akan jadi invalid.

kalau retail boleh install kat komputer lain(boleh lompat2 kat pc lain) dan activation still valid.tapi syaratnya hanya istu istallation pada 1 masa.(contoh:upgrade komputer).

tukar motherboard dikira tukar komputer sebab mobo ialah main part pc.so,kalau kita upgrade mobo dalam machine yang sama,lesen oem akan jadi invalid tapi lesen retail takpe.

camana sistem ni berfungsi:

m$ akan collect hardware summary dan simpan dalam diorang punya database.so,di tau kita dah aktiflan lesen guna pc yang mana..,kalau kita nak re-activate(cth:format pc,upgrade pc)..diorang akan kata activation invalid kalau hardware summary tak sama dgn sebelumnya(lesen oem),tapi masih valid kalau lesen tu jenis retail.

sebab tu la kalau tengok kat kedai lesen retail lagi mahal(dalam kotak cantik lak tu..) dari lesen oem(dalam booklet kecik).

semua ni bergantung pada jenis lesen...

M$ windows xp sp3 retail EULA,no.4:

4. TRANSFER-Internal.  You may move the Product to a different
    Workstation Computer.  After the transfer, you must
    completely remove the Product from the former Workstation
    Computer.  Transfer to Third Party. The initial user of the
    Product may make a one-time transfer of the Product to

kesimpulan:

-boleh transfer kat pc lain(user sama) dengan syarat installation sebelumnya perlu dihapuskan.

-boleh transfer kat orang lain,tapi sekali je.-kene disertakan coa dan eula(benda ni ada dlm cd dah..)

-takde pinjam2,takde sewa2..

-takleh buat hosting services(kalau nak pakai la m$ server...tak murah pun..mahal je..)

--->paling penting...sah2 la oem license takleh transfer..

aku dah nampak skit beza antar oem dgn retail.

so,pas nie klo nak cari 2nd hand kena cari yg retail la.
