TM dh throttle / shapping P2P.... tp tuk torrent international peer... kalo utk local peer stay laju lagi... buktinya bile korang donlod satu2 torrent... korang tngk kat list peer..... korang leh peratikan peer selain dari ip 60.xx.xx, 218.xx.xx ngan 219.xx.xx xgerak langsung... kalo gerak pn selo2 je. tu yg aku rasa la.. kalo salah tolong betulkan.
