fnd 0 Report post Posted January 15, 2007 Dari perbincangan hari tu, diaorang amat tekankan mengenai business plan, marketing plan, growth rates,target, oppoturnities, global market...dllLangkah pertama yang perlu dibuat ialah penuhkan column-column dalam borang yang disediakan tu dulu.Borang ni boleh didapati di Mdec website.Secara peribadi, idea dan kreativiti yg ingin diusahakan terbatas dan terpaksa menurut keperluan komersial.Tapi kita kena terima hakikatlah orang-orang yang dah berjaya mendapatkan fund-fund yang disediakan sebelum ni pun mungkin bermula dengan susah jugak untuk memenuhi syarat-syarat seperti yang ditetapkan.Aku nak tanya ni sama ada kita nak kena bayar balik ke kalau project yang dirancangkan tu tak berjaya menuruti syarat seperti yang ditetapkan..? Sesebuah syarikat atau individu yang telah dianugerahkan dana ini tidak perlu membayar balik kepada EMDEC melainkan bila 3 perkara berikut berlaku dalam masa 3 tahun selepas tahun pertama prototaip siap iaitu:1. Pelaburan lebih RM1 juta telah diterima oleh syarikat.2. IP telah dijual atau dilesenkan dengan nilai RM1 juta ke atas.3. Geran daripada kerajaan dan dana lebih RM1 juta diterima."Diharap en. fnd faham yang once kita dah dapat dana nie, memang tak perlu bayar balik kat government. Jika kita dah dapat projek2 nilai RM1 juta ke atas seperti di atas, tu pun dalam masa 3 tahun dari tarikh siap prototap.... baru le bayar balik (apa le nilai RM150,000 jika nak banding kalo dapat contract RM1 juta.. kan). So buat apa nak takut. Apa salah mencuba kepada sesuatu yang takde effect dengan ekonomi kita. zsuperxtreme 0 Report post Posted January 15, 2007 Pada pendapat aku nilai komersial tu sangat luas. Kalau korang buat produk yang "canggih", pasti ada nilai komersial. Tapi kalau korang buat produk yang biasa-biasa. So nilai komersial dia turun. So MDEC nak kreativiti kita diluar sempadan.Sometime, kita tak perlu anggap sesuatu pekara tu sangat susah, sangat terhad, atau sangat leceh.
