Bagus smartmalaysia ni mengambil kira pandangan umum dalam merumuskan produk pakejnya. Tapi yang tak bestnyer, it is capped to limited Mb. So, broadband ni macam terhad pulak. Dah pakej ni ditawarkan dalam bayaran bulanan yang tetap, mudahan dapat dibuang capped Mb tu. Mungkin smartmalaysia dapat menawarkan pakej lain untuk yang capped Mb nya. Misalnya PAYU based package. Kalau pakej tu di reengineered dan ditawarkan produk PAYU ni, insyaAllah sambutan untuk smartmalaysia ni hangat....terutama kat Sabah n Sarawak ni, yang streamyx coverage kurang luas. Kalau harga home package tu turun sikit lagi, smartmalaysia ni boleh bersaing dengan streamyx, 3g, edge malah wimax yang bakal tiba ni. Tahniah buat smartmalaysia, alternatif broadband for Malaysian. Cuma info kat official web tu kurang la.......hehehe.

Attn. Tuan CEO,

Thank for you effort to introduce broadbandband satellite via Vsat, but the price you qoute does not meet to the homeuser requirement, where I consider quite high with limited volume 200Mb.. The initial investment up to RM3000 - 5000 inclusive of ODU,Satellite modem etc, which will blast your pocket.

So I think the fees is more suitable for commercial user and a desprate internet user where land line not available.

Tuan CEO ...It ok to invest RM5K for equipment setup but please consider the monthly fees and the volume usage. Boleh ikut contoh HughesNet, Directway, Ipstar dan Speedcast.

Satu lagi. I hope you can consider to provide on way satellite internet service.

aku pernah guna kuband smart ni. Ku-band smart ni tak stabil... signal slalu drop... slalu susah nak connect ke internet... system dia guna dhcp... kadang2 tu tak dpt ip... bila dpt ip dan dpt connection, internet slow plak... subcribe 512kbps/128 tp best effort je... paling best pun leh dpt 5kbps download... bayar mahal tp dpt 5kbps je... baik try lain la...

ko tak payah guna service kuband ni..mcam haram servis dia..lg pun company ni dah nk bankrup aku dgr..byk masalah...better korang guna celcom 3g or maxis 3g..lagi berbaloi...selamat mencubaaa
