Kalo nak citer pasal metal, memang tak bole abis la pasal cabang2 dia terlalu banyak. Contohnya, ramai org tahu/sedar tentang kewujudan Black Metal tapi tak ramai yg tahu pasal Vampiric Metal; walaupun sebenarnya kedua2 genre ni berasal dari akar yg sama. Kalo tak salah aku yg main Vampiric Metal ni salah satunya Craddle of Filth (betulkan aku kalo aku silap). Kalo ko sukakan bunyi/rif2 yg keras, sesuailah genre ni ngan ko! White Metal pun sebenarnya ok gak. Diorang punya metal ni lebih bermelodi, kira banyak petikan gitar solo campur dgn bunyi-bunyian dari organ,biola, atau alat2 orkestra yg lain. Contoh band cam Rhapsody. Rasa2nya la, bole tak Metalasia tu tergolong dlm White Metal? Band metal lain yg aku dengar cam In Flames, Slayer (dewa speed and dark metal), Sentenced, Sil Khannaz, Vociferation Eternity, Carcass, etc. Tapi skang banyak yg pandai2 gabungkan genre metal dgn genre2 yg lain, maka terbentuklah generasi new age cam Korn, Limp Bizkit, Linkin Park and others. Ok la, variasi..tapi kalo dah banyak sangat muak jugak....Hardcore plak pd aku sesuai utk mereka yg ingin melepaskan kemarahan mereka terhadap apa sahaja (isu alam sekitar, korupsi, masalah sosial, etc). Bole la jugak kalo nak kata hardcore ni salah satu genre yg digunakan oleh sesetengah org/pihak/band utk meluahkan ketidakpuashatiaan diorang terhadap sesuatu perkara. Cara diorang menjerit masa menyanyi tu pun dah cukup utk buktikan betapa tak puas hatinya diorang. Band hardcore yg aku minat cam Earth Crisis (Firestorm merupakan lagu diorang yg paling aku minat), Intergrity (System Overloads, their best song), dan Snapcase (Steps). Cari la lagu2 ni dan nilaikan sendiri.... p/s: Sorry kalo ada salah fakta. Suma ni pendapat peribadi aku berdasarkan knowledge yg sedikit dan koleksi lagu2 yg ada...ok, chill....
