Vmware Workstation - Piix4 Host Smbus Controller Not Enabled

salam,

nak tanya pasal vmware. saya nk install ubuntu kat dalam vmware workstation 6.0.2,
tp dapat error ni - "piix4 host smbus controller not enabled!" , tak boleh nak install.
try centos pon tak boleh jgk. prob ni cuma kat laptop saya je. dekat desktop ble plak, xde masalah.
so saya install jela kat desktop saya then copy dari desktop tu ke laptop. tapi tak boleh jugak
run. adakah ni masalah hardware laptop saya? ade kena fixed pe2 ke sebelum boleh install guest OS
kat vmware sy ni? hope ada yang dapat membantu.

nampak mcm ada hardware tak support atau conflict vmware version tu dgn hardware. dh cuba vmware yg lagi baru? bole gak cuba vmware player skrg version 4.02 (freeware) atau virtualbox (free gak).
