potong 0 Report post Posted May 27, 2004 mintak tolong sesapa yg tau pasai streamyx ni, saya dah pasang streamyx pakai pakej rm 44 tu ,yg jadi masaalah la ni,dia punya modem (aztech 305eu) tu kena configure dulu,dah try semua ikut manual yg dia bagi ,last sekali kena pi kat 10.0.0.2tapi dia naik acess denied.habih camno ,kontraktor yg mai pasang tu dia try ngan dia punya modem boleh plak..dia kata modem baru tu kena configure dulu,,sapa -sapa tau tolong sat ,problem ni dah seminggu dah.... try ni, x tau ler leh ker tak, sbb kekadang depa dah tukar password tu: username : adminpassword : (tinggalkan kosong, tekan enter) Quote Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

alel 0 Report post Posted May 31, 2004 192.168.1.1 utk ZTE dan sekeluarga dengannya ajek...yg lain, refer router atau modem manufacture memasing...to ninjamerah...okies la tu for 384...75% dari downstream ko...to kilas...cuba testing utk file lebih beso dari 1M...make sure takde program lain online atau download apa2 dari internet...off firewall...(atau config balik)buang trojan dan sepupu sepapatnya (sebab diorang pun ada yg suka online )buang spyware dan adware...update modem driver...tweak la apa2 yg patut...atau mmg OS problem...update dan maintain la OS itu...selebihnya, tak dapek den nak nolong...buat la report ke tm Quote Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
samad8 0 Report post Posted May 31, 2004 Alop...aku rasa la kan.. pasal pakej 512 connection 384 tu puncanya dari kontraktor yang setup streamyx ko.nih dari pengalaman member aku la.kalau ikut prosedurnya.. standard kontraktor akan pasang connection 384kbps.. kalau satu² pelanggan tu nak pakai 512kbps, kontraktor tu harus contact Network Operation Centre (NOC) telekom untuk upgrade ke connection 512kbps. urusan contact NOC mesti dibuat oleh pihak pemasang (kontraktor).cuba contact semula kontraktor pemasang tu.. kalau dia kata tatau.. ko kontek tmnet trus.. kasik tau tmnet nama company kontraktor tu...bior tmnet fire diorang... duit ndak... service cam sial... biasanya masalah nih jadi sebab lain org yang pegi kursus tapi lain orang yang pasang.. kiranya ilmu tu taklepas kat jurupasang... nih la masalah company company kat mesia nih...secara ringkasnya... standard pemasangan ialah 384kbps.. untuk 512kbps.. perlu pelepasan dari network operation centre telekom malaysia...maklumat nih dari member aku.. kontraktor tmnet untuk daerah kuantan Quote Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
